Usually they’re good but tonight I went inside to order. Ordered a Dave’s double meal, son of baconator meal and kids meal. They forgot both of our burgers. So we called, went back. They remade both of the burger meals.
This is what my Dave’s double looks like. Literally covered in mayo which is disgusting. And barely any ketchup. Also found a hair in it 3 bites in. Gotta love it right? 1 star but I’d rate it a big fat 0 if I could. Do better Smokey point staff 🙂

These guys are struggling… Just 2 frosties and a jr cheeseburger deluxe took over 30 minutes. They prioritized serving their employees over customers. They didn’t even know what to do with the wrong order. It just say there next to all of the other orders.

I just came to the Wendy’s in Smokey point about five minutes ago, The lights were on, and The drive-through was completely empty aside from one car I watched Pull away from the speaker as I was pulling in, I was greeted the moment I pulled up to the speaker, I was told that they would be with me in just a moment. I proceeded to sit at the speaker in an empty drive-through for almost 15 minutes before deciding to ask if there was a car at the window and if it was OK for me to pull through because a car had already came up behind me, They then shut off all the lights. I pulled through and they had completely hidden from the drive-through window in the front counter. It is Thanksgiving, So there was nowhere else open, that was the only reason I even waited 15 minutes with no order taken. If they didn’t want to work, I would have rather they never greeted me and just pretended to be closed then to waste my time and leave me sitting for 15 minutes with a hungry child. That is absolutely insane a shift supervisor would even allow that to happen.

Food was hot and served fresh, dining room has a nice layout but it needed to be swept and tables wiped down.

very nice service, delicious food, fast execution and order rarely found in this type of place. I highly recommend it, I would love to come back here again and I’m glad I had the opportunity to dine here!!!

My wife has never had a Wendy’s, I have many years ago. So we search out a store and had a great lunch. Food was fresh and tasted great as it always did. Always better than the King or the Mac. Will visit that store again.

I always get the $6 bag with 4 chicken nuggets and jr bacon cheese burger, small fry with a small drink. Wendy’s nuggets are the best! Love the cold lettuce and tomato on the jr. Bacon cheese burger.

I have been a fan of Wendy’s for years. Ever since Dave Thomas passed away, or sold out, the chain has gone downhill. The burgers no longer taste fresh, and not hot and juicy like in the past. The burger today was tasteless, cold, no flavor. The fries were okay. Very disappointed.

Good as far as fast food goes! It’s not gourmet but it’s clean and the staff is friendly. The service can be a bit slow but that’s not unexpected with a menu of their size plus the drive thru can get really busy. They try their best and I know the staff works hard.
