I don’t go into fast food often but I certainly been in enough over the years to want to comment on the one I had today.
Restaurant clean. Things appear to be running smoothly, yet friendly to each other and were smiling.
It was calm both in the restaurant and the kitchen, and the cashiers and onlooking staff were warm and gently friendly.
It felt like some very nice people providing food. Nothing less. It was extremely pleasant.

It’s a good thing that this location is convenient because their service here is terrible. They almost always get my order wrong. Twice they’ve forgotten fries, last time there was almost no salt on my fries, this time I asked for no onions, I get up to the window, they immediately hand me my food, which would have been fine if they had actually bothered to put no onions on there. No, I’m willing to bet that burger was already sitting there and that they didn’t bother making one that I actually ordered.

4 stars because Wendy’s is my favorite fast food, except the frosty. Fast food is always a 3. I gave a 1 for service because the drive thru was packed. Atmosphere was probably a 3 as are all fast food restaurants IMHO. I went to jack in the box across the street and I got a shake that I didn’t need a spoon to eat. I threw the trash away at the Taco Bell in between the two stores. Check out my review of the jack in the box on Rainier. Maybe the math will work for my average number of stars.

Just tried one of the new Frosty Swirls at this location on Su, 4/27, about 22:30
What little caramel swirl there was on my Frosty was all at the bottom. It was naked at the top. Might has well have ordered a regular vanilla Frosty.
Somebody needs some training on how to make these properly.
