I used the driveup service.
I had to repeat my order twice.
I asked for the meal of misfortune from thier sign as you normally order from.
It was like pulling teeth.
But at the window the attendant
asked me a question I was not sure he was supposed to ask.
Do you want really hot or mild dip?
I replied is that not the surprise that is inferred?
He said yea but I just like messing with people °Ω°/

The gentleman that always works the first drive-thru window with the face covering, I think his name is Matt. He’s always friendly and brings joy even if it’s just taking my order and having a 30 sec conversation. The rest of the staff can learn a thing or two about great customer service from him. He’s awesome!

Ladies if you ever use the bathroom here, be very careful when you do because a guy crew member walked on me twice while using the bathroom. They never even asked to see if anyone is in thbathroom. When I was also at the counter for them to take my order, there was no one to take my order and I had to wait like 10 minutes while other crew members saw me there waiting and never took my order. What a load of crap. Don’t ever use the bathroom and/or order food from here.

I’ve come to this Wendy’s a few times now typically on weekday afternoons and these 5 stars are for the gentleman who is always taking the drive-thru orders and is at the first window – he is refreshingly kind and friendly which is unfortunately rare in customer service these days. Wendy’s is lucky to have him!

Today as of 08/28/2024 we came to visit this location for lunch service was fast and efficient. Our order was well made and we are very pleased with the taste of our food. This location is the best out of all Wendy’s we have tried.

Good Wendy’s in Burien, parking in this area can be tight though. The food was good and served quickly employees seem friendly. I usually choose Wendy’s for fast food because they have a higher quality than others.
