Great customer service, extremely appreciate it. They didn’t have a menu item I ordered online and was very apologetic and respectful, replaced it with another item with no attitude. It is nice to see service like this when it is lacking at most establishments. They were under staffed and working their tails off. Go to this Wendy’s especially if Mae is working ( I think I spelled his name right ) great man.

Very friendly staff, clean and relaxed atmosphere. We went here for breakfast. The baconater was very good, the potatos as well but I didn’t really like the honey butter chicken biscuit. I think the biscuit was too salty and therefor I hardly could taste any of the honey, too bad!

Firstly, our good took over 15 min to be made and there was one guy ahead of us with what looked like 5-6 people working. This was one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants I’ve been to is decades. The floors covered in garbage, the counters not much better. Nothing was stalked and the man “helping” us seemed high.

My chicken sandwich beat the one at McDonald’s but the chicken in the 2 salads were a great disappointment. Very dry and either overcooked or reheated.
One big plus was also being able to place the order at the counter with a friendly staff person.
We were traveling through the town and happy to find Wendy’s close to our hotel.

There was a long line for the dinner rush but Mike who was working the window Friday Oct 10 was incredibly friendly and kind. He showed composure and great leadership while under pressure and I’d be glad to have him as a manager!
