My favorite Wendy’s is at The Bear Creek Plaza with Jesse!!!!! However, I was illegally kicked from there on Jan 27 2026, when someone made a false report on me to the Medford Police Department. But, they didn’t even read me my Miranda Rights lmfao. Anywho, I wish this store had a person working the first window! We need fast food joints with the menu before the speaker box, that way we have time to think, before we order. Also, when we have to pay at the last window, it’s hard to speak to the worker and make sure they got your rewards and coupons! This is because they’re also taking orders, getting your drinks ready, and gathering your food items. Plus, they have to make your frosty! It’s not the workers fault. They’re just short staffed per the Wendy’s workers. I used to love this Wendy’s. My granny Toni Ramsey, my daughter, and I, would always come here back when my daughter was a baby & toddler. Anywho, the food was cold yesterday, by the time we got home! I loved the new Girl Scouts Thin Mints Frosty, it is their best one yet! My uncle Terry got a free chocolate milk yesterday! Woot woot I got my $6 biggie bag and sweet ️ sauce! That sauce is to die for! I love it drizzled on my double stack! I love your fries We just had to heat up our meals when we got home. We don’t live far from Wendy’s either. It’s not the employees fault, they’re just short staffed. Please, get another worker for the first window! Oh, I love how y’all use fresh patties that aren’t frozen. But, y’all need more employees to make sure your foods hot. Really a good location staff is normally good. The only issue I had was my sauce packets for my nuggets were punctured by a finger nail or something. Would be awesome for next time is to look at them before dropping them in the bag .

The best thing was the kind employee at the drive through the frag. Cold, the burger was cold sauce, dripping out in access. I went around 12:30 PM and I was the only person there. The whole time, which should have said something in the quality of that location. I do want to stress that the female employee taking the order was very nice. It appeared that it was just her and one other employee who was making the food at the location.

What is there not to like about Wendy’s? In honor of my third born child, I made sure to order fries and a Frosty to dip them in. (It’s a thing. If you haven’t tried it, you should!) Coming from Juneau, AK where we only have one McDonald’s and no other fast food location, Wendy’s was a treat for me in Oregon. The restaurant was clean, the high top table with tall chairs super fun for my friend’s kids to climb up on and sit in, and the service was speedy and friendly. It takes me a minute to gaze over menu items, since I’m not familiar with everything offered, and the staff was patient and kind while I took time to decide what to add with my fries and frosty – I settled on a Jr. Cheeseburger. My meal was delicious!

Walked in was not greeted instead stood waiting to be helped for over 5 min before I asked for help and the disgusting rude girl behind the counter told us she was busy. We decided to leave as we walked out she screamed bye! That was my first time at a Wendy’s and we will never return. Do better Wendy’s.

Fries were cold, tenders were not very good, frosty wasn’t that cold, but the burger was warm and fresh. Hardly worth thirty bucks…I won’t be back to this location.
