We’re not huge fast foodies, but occasionally we’ll treat ourselves and this place hits the spot. It does seem to be busy, the drive-thru line always has cars in it, but seems to always move quickly. Staff have been friendly and we’ve not had any issues with our orders. The food has been consistent, but i pretty much choose the same thing every time as I like the spicy chicken combo when I go hear. Can’t beat a frosty to go with it if I’m really feeling piggie. Their fries are the best too! Wendy’s over McDs 100% 🙂

Went through the drive through at 1:30am. The lady in the window was very nice. She smiled at me and took my money just like my wife (Im joking people) anyways she was very professional and had a good customer service attitude. The food took a little longer than I was expecting but they had to my more chicken so it happens. She made sure I had everything. She even let me know that chicken I ordered had just come out of the fryer so to be careful. Little things like this make a big difference in someone’s day. Overall very satisfied and will be back. Price was fair for how much food I ordered.

The food we got was ok. But they forgot to give me my cheese & bacon potato. So I went to the door where I see a sign that says “Lobby closed due to staff shortage.” Somone was mopping the floor by the door, I got their attention & was givin hand motions to go through the drive thru. So I went through the drive thru again. While sitting in the drive thru line I saw an employee exit with a baked potato container in their hand. Dont know for sure what was in it. Then after sitting in the drive thru for 20+ mins for a 2nd time. I let them know that they forgot my baked potato & was told to go to the window. I get to the window just for them to tell me they are out of potatoes & it’s going to be at least a 10min wait. Are you kidding me.

We go there every Friday before going swimming. Always clean, fast and friendly service. Employees are pleasant and very helpful. Tables are always clean. And the bathrooms are always clean. And their prices are very affordable. They do a great job on service

During the day the food is good. Just went to the restaurant during night shift and the fries are loaded in salt. Not just salty, but very very salty. The guy in the first windows was very dismissive and took an eternity to take our order. The soda was lacking in syrup. There was only us and one other customer so the lack of customer service was not because they were busy. I must reiterate that the day shift does much better on the food and customer service

The drive thru coke machine always tastes like there is lemon in what should be a plain regular coke. It seems the machine isn’t being maintained or something.
Also disappointed that the drive thru person during dinner hours can never keep up. Every visit you’re asked to wait…it’s okay to wait at the window but not at the ordering box. Thank you

Jordan on the drive thru window deserves a raise. He didn’t cut corners filling drinks, all while taking orders and cashing out customers. He was very polite and helpful, and has a nice voice on the speaker. He did well in a rush and was very courteous. My swirled frosty is fantastic too. Thank you!

Stopped on our way home from a 10 hour er trip for the only meal we’d eaten all day. Guess this location doesn’t mind serving raw burgers after waiting at the window for over 25 minutes. I understand that an hour before close they are wrapping things up and wanna go home but come on!
