Was doing a dash there waiting in drive-through for over 30 minutes just for two Frosty’s and a drink just to be told that the Frosty will not be made. This is very unbelievable because now I get a bad rating for something I cannot hold accountable to due to them. That would beware not to take Wendy’s orders after 11 or you will get bad reviews and people for ordering it. Please be patient with the driver.

Sometimes they’re really packed in there so that should give you a clue as to how good the food is, but even when they are packed, it still seems like they get through the orders pretty fast

Buyers beware that orders after 10 take forever burgers always ice cold and was there in drive thru for 37 minutes to be told they don’t have the frostys did not even start on my drink when it was ordered I did not even get a chance to get a different flavor of frosty or anything due to them, not wanting to do it at all because they were cleaning the machine so mad and never going there again

I grew up loving Wendy’s, but recently I have grown to a test Wendy’s if you order after 10 PM you will wait 20 to 30 minutes just to get your order and it will come out cold or they will not have certain items. It is appalling to even come to this establishment in Coos Bay, Oregon.

Really liked Wendy’s because the hamburgers were always fresh with whole lettuce. I don’t like the new shredded lettuce. It just gets squashed and soggy. I hate that the manager at this restaurant is always yelling and threatening his employees. Every time I go in he just creates chaos and doesn’t care that everyone can hear him. I feel bad for the employees, they are doing their best and really don’t need him yelling down their necks.

Should I really be telling this? This one location serves free drinks for seniors. I was getting my get home from work grub there anyway, and one evening just stopped for only a drink. It was hard to believe, but true, I walked out the door with my free refreshment and a smile that the cashier gave me! Won’t be stopping at any of the other burger chains in this town!

Ordered a Son of Baconator and Baconator meals. The regular Baconator had two tiny half slices of bacon on each patty. That’s a far cry less than what is depicted in the images they use to promote it . The Son of Baconator that was ordered looked up to snuff. The fries were hot as could be but far from crispy. I thought that Wendy’s guaranteed hot AND crispy fries because none of the competition could do it… What a let down. Eating a pack of Top Ramen would have been more satisfying that the food I got this evening.
