Food is usually good, Service can be mediocre at times but overall it’s nothing worth a complaint- they do an okay Job, However this is my second visit where I’ve arrived and not a single employee even acknowledges your standing at the counter for around 4-5 minutes (Dinner rush, Your busy I get it 100%.. but in my personal profession no matter what’s at hand, You Greet your customers even if the walls are crumbling down) Customers are the Bloodline to our businesses, Often we forget without the customer we would be nothing but empty locations and millions in debt- Training courses should be implemented to enhance the customer service at this location, we aren’t expecting a song and dance but a simple “Hi, We’ll be right with you” instead of Awkwardly walking past the counter avoiding eye contact with the customer at all costs.. I won’t throw anyone specifically under the bus but the Order time was in between 6:00-8:00pm on 2/24/26

Easily my favorite fast food place. One of the fastest drive-throughs I’ve ever been through, I’m not sure I’ve ever waited more than 2 minutes. Kudos to all the employees at the tualatin store.
Love their breakfast sandwiches. They’re special sauce is to die for and I think they’re seasoned potato wedges they use to substitute for the normal hash browns are the best in town…

We walked in late, close to closing. The employee stopped cleaning to go behind the counter to serve me. Even though it was the end of the day, she was very pleasant and smiled.

We ordered our meal on the app. Went and picked it up and half our food was missing. And we didn’t notice until we got home. When I called to ask them to make it right. We were told that all we had to do was come back in next time is order and tell them we didn’t want to have to pay for it. This wouldn’t be that big a deal if this wasn’t the fourth time they’ve messed up on getting what we ordered in our bag.

Went to this Wendy’s for the first time at this location. Got the pick 2 for ($4). I got chicken nuggets and a chicken burger. For a drink, I got The Raven Blood Vanilla shake ($2.99). Wendy’s is always the place to go for a cheap, delicious meal. Customer service was all right. It could be a little better at this place. There’s plenty of seating on the inside. There’s also a drive-through; parking is all right. They also have outdoor seating at this location.

From register guy had not motivation at all ,it’s like someone force him to work, tables way to dirty, 6 times am stop eating inside mistake by mistake with my order most the time.My chicken sandwich soposto be not mayo, my bottle water cup was by ready to been open by someone.
