I’ve never once been served warm water before. We came through the drive-through ordered three breakfast sandwiches and two waters. When we got to the window, there was no ice in the waters and the waters were at least 90°. I mentioned this to the lady at the drive-through window. She added some more Ice to our warm water And tried giving it back to us. I then asked for her manager. I then asked the manager why they are serving warm water. She said something was wrong with her machine. Fix your equipment and don’t serve bad stuff. Do better

I think a chain restaurant can get 5 stars. You can’t hold it to the same standards as a steakhouse. What I got at this drive thru was:

I definitely will give it to Matthew the assistant GM he knows how to treat his customers right and gets you to want to be return again as a regular customer. We had a mishap in the drive thru one night called it in and he offered to fix the problem anddrive thruitely made it right. Fantastic customer service! Best customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life! If you want to be treated right come to this restaurant. Hands down good job!
