I’m still raving about my incredible visit to Wendy’s! The chicken wrap combo with the blueberry pomegranate fresco drink was absolute perfection! The wrap was packed with juicy chicken, crispy lettuce, and creamy mayo, all wrapped in a soft tortilla. And the drink? Refreshing doesn’t even begin to describe it!

But what truly made my experience stand out was the exceptional service from Jeremy. His friendly demeanor, attentive nature, and genuine smile made me feel like a valued customer. He went above and beyond to ensure my meal was prepared to my liking and that I had everything I needed.

First off, this is not my regular Wendy’s. I was shopping in the area and on my way home stopped here. I majorly regret it. The place stank like dirty motel and there were homeless people around. They seemed short of staff but the workers were friendly with me. The food was not good at all the place was dirty and there is no room for customer at the counter to order and pick up orders. Everyone waiting was in each others way. I ordered chilli fries and they had beans on them that tasted like pork and beans. They were awful; took two bites and threw them in the trash. My burgers tasted like the way it smelled in there. Gross! I threw my food away when I got home and wasted money. I should’ve known better when some of smelly dirty street people walked in. This location is trash and should be closed down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.

The employees here are legitimately the most incompetent group of people in all of fast food. There hasn’t been a single time in the last 6-years that I’ve ordered from this location and they’ve gotten the order correct. Explain to me how I order a potato with extra sour cream and chives And you add no sour cream and no butter? Make this make sense.i will absolutely never in my life order food from any Wendy’s in the city of Sacramento again.

Very rude drive-thru attendant. I wish this person to be reprimanded. The line in the chili cups is to allow room for condiments above the line. If a person chooses to opt out of any condiments, the attendant should be willing to at least take it up a little above the line. I’ve never been treated so rudely or

insolently in all the 30 years of going to Wendy’s. The Spanish gal today I wish to be put on probation and disciplinary action given. If the manager has a problem then the same should be said for the manager

I’ve never seen such a dirty Wendy’s. We stopped in to get 4 ice creams. We had coupons for free ice cream, but they refused to serve us and spoke very rudely. The manager was very unpleasant. We said we wanted to buy cookies, but they said they were too cheap. Disgusting place and staff. Try not to go there.

Wow, what an incredible experience at Wendy’s with their “SpongeBob Crabby Patty Meal”! From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be a special visit. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive, setting the stage for a fantastic meal.

Let’s dive into the star of the show — the Crabby Patty Burger. This burger was an absolute masterpiece! It featured three perfectly cooked patties, stacked high for an extra satisfying bite. Each patty was juicy and flavorful, and together they made for a hearty and filling burger. The soft, freshly baked buns were the perfect vehicle to hold all that deliciousness together, and the fresh toppings added the perfect crunch and burst of flavor. The burger was made with such care — you could tell they weren’t cutting corners.

But what really made this meal unique was the Pineapple Frosty. I’ve never had anything like it before! The tropical pineapple flavor blended so smoothly with the classic creamy Frosty texture, creating a refreshing and indulgent treat. It was sweet, tangy, and oh-so-creamy — the perfect way to cool down and balance out the savory burger. It was honestly a game-changer, and I can’t wait to get it again!

As for the fries, they were freshly made and absolutely fantastic. Each fry had the perfect crispy golden exterior, while staying soft and fluffy on the inside. They were seasoned just right, and I couldn’t stop munching on them. They complemented the burger and Frosty so well — it felt like the perfect trifecta of deliciousness.

To top it all off, I had a refreshing strawberry Fanta, which was the ideal drink to pair with the meal. It was crisp, fruity, and perfectly fizzy — a sweet, refreshing contrast to the richness of the burger and the creamy Frosty. It rounded out the meal in the best way possible.

Overall, Wendy’s really knocked it out of the park with this SpongeBob-themed meal. Between the indulgent three-patty burger, the inventive Pineapple Frosty, the freshly made fries, and the refreshing strawberry Fanta, I was completely blown away. This was one of the most enjoyable fast food meals I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend it — you won’t be disappointed!

Very poor customer service, waited 15 minutes for breakfast, when ask what’s going on with the order, they didn’t make are food. Ask for a manager to express my concern, she was unable to understand my concern about poor customer service, didn’t seem to understand basic customer compensation for our order being dropped.

If I could leave a ZERO star review, I absolutely would. My boyfriend and I ordered chicken nuggets, fries and two drinks through DoorDash tonight (7/21/24 approximately 12:30 AM). The CORRECT receipt was on the bag, but we received the WRONG order. I called this Wendy’s to let them know, and I asked the woman who answered the phone if I could speak with a manager, and was immediately hung up on. I called 11 times after that and nobody answered. On the 13th call, a representative threatened to call the cops on me due to how many times I called them. I do not recommend this Wendy’s to anyone. This place is obviously terribly managed.

UPDATE: the store manager was incredibly UNHELPFUL. I called today 7/22/24. She asked for the name on the receipt and I gave it to her as well as telling her that only his initials were on the receipt but she didn’t listen to me and talked over me. Then she told me that I had the wrong store and that they NEVER HAD THE ORDER, even though the store’s address and phone number were on the receipt
