I don’t usually write reviews, but this Wendy’s earned it. Every time I’ve come here, the food’s been hot, fresh, and actually made right, which shouldn’t be rare, but somehow is these days. My burger looked just like the picture (I know, crazy), the fries were golden and perfectly salted, and my Frosty was thick enough to turn the spoon upside down. The staff here are genuinely nice too. Not the forced “have a nice day” kind of nice, but the “we actually care” kind. They move fast even when it’s busy, and the place stays clean. You can tell the manager runs a tight ship. If you’re craving real fast food done right, skip the other spots and hit this Wendy’s. They’re doing it better than anyone else right now.

I really don’t expect much these days from fast food and try to avoid it but this is just laughable. Completely dry, cold nuggets with a little sauce squeezed on them are not what is advertised. Pic from website for comparison. For the amount of money they charge they can do better.

Food was a little dry ,services was fast and friendly. If you have completed orders like no pickles or cheese they actually fallow the order you placed..unlike most fast food places you ask for things like that to not be on your brother and you get it and you bite in and sure enough there’s pickles or cheese and it’s like why did I even order it but this place actually follows through directions on what you want on your food so I can give me back to work cuz they follow directions but the food seems a little stale England for sale better than that great service

Having experienced a lackluster Wendy’s fast food experience, in Folsom, a few days earlier, hubs and I decided to try this location for a do over of sorts. This Wendy’s is in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise Blvd (south of Highway 50). The drive thru experience, customer service, and food was good.
It was weekend high noon when we ordered. There was two cars in front of us. The line moved quickly. Hubs ordered 2 Dave’s singles (one with and one without cheese). The cashier was courteous and helpful. We were charged the 2 for $7. The burgers were served hot. The burgers were neatly assembled and wrapped with care. The burgers tasted good; basic average fast food burger. No complaints.

Long car line yet fries were cold. Order bacon burger nasty cold after taste. Could not eat bun, pickles,tomato. $20+ Meal Never going back. Dave wouldn’t be happy.

Quick and easy ordering, 2 for $3 breakfast biscuit sandwiches came hot and fresh, a small 4 inches in diameter but filling. The egg and cheese sandwiches had a nice partially runny yolk that goes well with the buttery biscuit. The French toast is not thick but it’s meaty and delicious even without syrup. The syrup is a bit messy and liquidy with not much flavor, but has a slight sweetness to it that goes well with the French toast.
The drive thru breakfast menu was a bit difficult to read, but the deals are on the right side and you’re able to pull up to get a closer look. Pictures are nice and large and easy to read.

They shoved all my orders into 1 bag, gave me the wrong sauces didn’t even fill my third fries fully , just stacked the containers on top of each other. Customer service could have been better!!!!

Their drive thru is horrible. It is not unexpected to be in line for 15 plus minutes. It is almost faster to go to the wendys on greenback and sunrise.
