I just ate about 1/4 of my LARGE CHILI w/onions & cheese which tasted “off” (similar to a teflon pan on fire). I added sour cream thinking it would help, but something tells me my night will be spent over the porcelain queen… tried calling to let someone know but keep getting disconnected automatically bcuz NOBODY PICKS UP THE PHONE! Pray for me. GROSS!

Never coming back, and if you want what you pay for don’t bother coming in here. They rip the bacon in half and call it two slices, not to mention the absolutely pathetic size of the patty – Maybe they’re cutting larger ones into quarters, since they think they can pull that nonsense with the bacon.

Just left Wendy’s and brought it home. It was the worst hamburger I have had in a long time. Dave’s #7 with bacon. Meat was overcooked, one piece of lettuce, very small amount of bacon (perhaps one small strip). Despite their slogans painted on the building, the food is dog food. I will never go there even if starving.

Worst Wendy’s i have ever eaten at. Constantly getting someone else’s order. Food is always overcooked and dont go late. Its overcooked and dry, probably been sitting. Avoid at all costs terrible food.

I love Wendy’s food but there is a woman that works at this store that is super rude and has an attitude every time I go here. I’ve felt with here 3 times and she is always rude. I’m always nice to her. I think she’s the manager. I will be going to the one in Grass Valley instead from now on.

I honestly wish I could give this place negative stars, specifically, there is a older blonde haired woman that I assume is the manager. She has a terrible attitude/ absolutely zero customer service skills. She came at us with sarcasm and a terrible tone straight from the start of taking our order to giving us our food. Worst fast food experience I’ve ever personally had and that includes the year I worked at a taco bell. If you can’t tell, I’m absolutely disgusted by the service here and will never be going back to this location. P.S- They made us wait for a new batch of chicken nuggets that weren’t fresh when they got to us.
