I had the worst service ever there. I asked for hot sauce they gave me barbecue and ranch. They took so long to take my order. I had to repeat my order multiple times she got it wrong each time. The morning crew literally had no common sense. They were very rude to me. Had me on wait for 15 minutes to take my order. She told me that they only have American cheese not Swiss when I see Swiss right there on the menu. I got a chicken biscuit and my food is disgusting and hard.

I had two asiago chicken ranch sandwichs one had a hair in it and the other had some sort of parchment paper! I really like Wendy’s but this place is slacking big time! Try calling several times but nobody answer…Things are rarely fresh and when you ask for no salt on fries they don’t even make them fresh for you! This place needs some better management and employees because anytime I go here I’m truly disappointed by the service

Most of the time my husband and I will get there and there isn’t anyone in the drive-thru. Sometimes though, the line is long. It’s been that way the last couple of times. However, they get the line worked down in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and helpful regardless of what kind of day it’s been for them. The food is good. I love getting the berry lemonade, baked potato, Jr bacon cheeseburger, chili and their fries always taste good to me. Not too salty and not cold and soggy. The dining area is not currently open but it’s always been neat and clean. I always seen the staff sweeping and clearing tables.

I go to this place maybe once or twice in a six month time frame, every time I go there is something wrong with my order (usually forgetting one of the items i order). This time not only did they not get my order correct they also forget got an item again (like usual) and my burger looked like it had been sitting on a patty stager for awhile and the cheese was barely melted. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was good and fresh, restaurant is always understaffed. The cashier never greeted me, she took more than a minute to even acknowledge my presence even though I was right in front of the register (she was off to the side fulfilling orders). Store was clean, but soda fountain was out of a lot of the drinks.

Went to this Wendy’s on NYE and spent 27 dollars for a JBC, small fry, 4 piece chicken nugget, large fry, and biggie bag. That’s not very much food for 27 dollars right? To top it off, I waited behind 5 cars that were in n and out within 10 min. I thought that was quick for giving fresh food which Wendy’s promises? When I got to the window I waited over 5 min, thinking I must be waiting for a new round of food. I am given food that was hot to the the touch but once home I discovered this was food that must have been sitting for hours. My feeling is that they had made food and we’re just warming up and giving out as needed. I mean it was horrible. I was starving and have had my share of mid food and just sav’ed it out but this was awful. I’ve went to this Wendy’s in the past and the customer service is always rushed, short mannered, and indifferent and the food is rarely hot so this cements the fact that I won’t be giving my money to this Wendy’s anymore. I attempted to call all day NYE and got no answer, my feeling is I may not be the only one. Wendy’s May as well have been closed, the employees obviously didn’t want to be there and felt that goofing off and heating up old food was a better idea.
