Bought my grand daughters the biggie meals. And one of the bacon burger had hair in it. Then when she wanted a BBQ sauce for her tenders the girl charged her for it which she should of gave it to her. And the soda machine in the lobby tasted nasty. Last time Im coming here

The last 3 times I’ve been missing food but the meals are thrown randomly in there so it’s hard to double check the bags when you order multiple..

However recently i got baked potatoes and that was horrible. They were hard and dry. Goopey cheese was put on with bacon.
Folks the goopey cheese is not good for anyone but ask for it on the side IF YOU LIKE IT.
Otherwise if the potato wasn’t old and hard it would have been better. Real cheese and sour cream is normally given. Thank you.

Most of the time my husband and I will get there and there isn’t anyone in the drive-thru. Sometimes though, the line is long. It’s been that way the last couple of times. However, they get the line worked down in a timely fashion. The staff is friendly and helpful regardless of what kind of day it’s been for them. The food is good. I love getting the berry lemonade, baked potato, Jr bacon cheeseburger, chili and their fries always taste good to me. Not too salty and not cold and soggy. The dining area is not currently open but it’s always been neat and clean. I always seen the staff sweeping and clearing tables.

I go to this place maybe once or twice in a six month time frame, every time I go there is something wrong with my order (usually forgetting one of the items i order). This time not only did they not get my order correct they also forget got an item again (like usual) and my burger looked like it had been sitting on a patty stager for awhile and the cheese was barely melted. If I could give this location negative stars I would. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I came on my 30 minute lunch and ordered a large chilli and a drink. I got back to work with 5 minutes to spare and was about to eat some of my chilli. The first spoonful had a long black hair in it. I couldn’t eat it. Set it aside and had to go back to work. After work I went to get my money back. The manager questioned why I didnt come back then or call, I told her I was at work, I couldn’t do that even if I wanted to. Then she questioned me about the hair. If it was my own hair do you think I wouldnt have eaten the chilli? I gave them a full bowl of chilli back plus the hair I found. And they took my receipt and reluctantly gave me cash back after the rude questioning. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. I dont think I will be returning due to this. Im planning on calling corporate.

I came at 11:30 and placed my order 20 minutes in advanced and still was told an additional 30 min for potato I pre-ordered. The fries were half filled and were cold, I didn’t get any sour cream or chili sauce I asked for verbally and on the app and never got the jr vanilla frosty with the kids meal. What’s the point of having everything replaced and compensated? I spent $40 to get a maybe $25 order…
