I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life today. The girl with the bright green hair completely messed up my coffee order — it wasn’t even close to what I asked for. When I politely pointed it out, instead of fixing it like any reasonable employee would, she argued with me and flat-out refused to remake it.
To make things worse, she processed a refund for the drink but refused to give me the food I had already ordered. So I left with no coffee, no food, and a massive waste of time.
The attitude was unbelievable — dismissive, defensive, and totally uninterested in actually helping a customer. If you don’t want to remake drinks when you make them wrong, maybe working at a coffee shop isn’t the right job.
I won’t be coming back. There are plenty of places that know how to make a simple coffee and treat customers with basic respect.

The staff at this location is always friendly. Service can be a touch slow at times, but it’s worth the fee extra minutes to have fresher food vs Mickey D’s or other FF joints that might be a bit quicker.

The food is just ok, all of this hype about “Wendy’s has excellent patties” or “Wendy’s top of the food chain” isn’t really up to par of what I would consider this fast food restaurant to be. The burgers aren’t very fresh or hot, and the tomatoes tasted old and there is little to no bacon in the Jr bacon sandwich. Overall just a decent experience

Why oh why when I go to wendys (regardless of the day) of it is 8:30 or later in the night, chances are, if you order a frosty, you will be met with the ever so frustrating “our frosty machine is down.” It was just down two days ago how the heck can it be down again?!?! So I’m fairly certain it is code for “we cleaned our frosty machine and we are too damn lazy to do it again before we close because we just wanna get the hell outta here ” which, okay I get it, you don’t want to have to stay late to clean it, but I mean, ITS YOUR JOB BRUH!!! you’re literally getting paid to do it…. Throw me a freaking bone here! Or, in this case, a delightful frosty!!

Wendy’s burgers taste great along with their fries and a frosty. They have good tasting salads but I usually have to add extra chicken. Service is typically quick and they have pretty good accuracy. Their customer service could be a little more friendly but overall they offer good tasting food for a good value. Check out their app for extra discounts.

these are supposed to be parmesan crisps not crushed up crisps lol. i asked for an extra dressing and got 2, the full size salads come with 2 already…. extra means 1 more . Guy at drive thru was nice though. But this Wendy’s has gone down hill.

Skipped breakfast today and because it was busy, I did not have lunch until 1:40.
Came here to see if they had anything and they had a jr. baconator on sale lady said so I got one. The bacon was made in the morning. It tasted like cardboard. The burgers weren’t much better, the whole burger was pretty dry, tiny bit of ketchup on it. But the worst thing about this burger was the cheese was not even melted! Horrible. Will not go again. And it’s way past lunch, Why wasn’t anything made hot? With all the places, people can eat now…Why are you taking shortcuts to be so fast? Awful.
