Need your fast food or Wendy’s fix this is for you. Especially when you’re visiting someone at the nearby hospital. Probably the best chicken nuggets I’ve had in awhile. They should teach the other Wendy’s how to do it right. However, some fries were warm or hot while others were soggy or crispy.

I ordered a baconator and fries, the number 2. I had water instead of soda. That didn’t save me much over a cost of the full meal and the size of the water was small… Kidsize even. The burger tasted ok. It wasn’t impressive in any way except the bun was pillowy soft. The fries were average and a bit starchy tasting. I didn’t even finish the fries. They were dull. Nothing about my visit made me want to go back there anytime soon. Average rating, but nothing spectacular.

Bad Wendy’s experience at this location (And I love Wendy’s food)
The cashiers puts their fingers inside EVERY cup before handing it to customers.
They got my order wrong twice and they argued with my wife that they got it right.
We received food they missed with bad attitude, so we didn’t trust to eat.
We don’t recommend eating at this location. And we NEVER will.

I used to like Wendy’s, but the staff is lazy. You ask for fresh food. They make you wait, but they just reheat it or recook. So they think people won’t know. We are paying money at least respect customers enough to make sure their food is fresh not recook it. It’s just really disappointing.

My mother in law and I came here tonight after being in the hospital for a few hours, the guy who was running the drive through was extremely rude. Not only did he purposely not tell the cooks about not putting onions in our burgers but he ended up slamming the drive through window in my mother in law’s face several times. When we finally got our food and drinks, he slammed the window in my mother in law’s face without saying a single word. A good bye or even a good night would have been nice but he just handed us the food without saying a word and slammed the window in our faces. This is very upsetting and extremely unprofessional. Word of advice, if you don’t like your job then look for something different because obviously customer service is not for you.. Please train your employees to be a little more polite and friendly even if they have to fake it..

As usual this Wendy’s goes out of it’s way to get the freshest food around. I have rarely have any mess up’s with my to go order. The dining room is immaculate, the girls and the staff are diligent about keeping the dining room and restrooms spotless. A great place to stop and enjoy take out or spend some time while on Mckee Rd.

I ordered a chicken burger online and instead got bacon. I only realized after taking a bite, and I don’t eat bacon—never have, never will. This is completely unacceptable and disgusting.
