For the most part, this place is good. There are two things I would recommend:
1. They tell each other in Spanish when there isn’t a product but don’t tell the customer. They seem to think people don’t understand what they’re saying.
2. The salad was old. The lettuce was wilted and the chicken tasted so fake.

This review is for Jasmin. Hi Jasmin, since you and your team consistently decide not to include the requested sauces even though they are clearly on the receipt, I am left to understand that you don’t care about providing me with the service that I pay for. This is a recurring occurrence and I’m beginning to think that this store purposefully doesn’t include any of the sauces or condiments requested on door dash orders as part of some money saving scheme. Not only will I be making a Google Review with each person who decided to not give me what I ordered, I will also be submitting you (and whoever else based on the receipt) to corporate because this is becoming unacceptable and clearly you are doing this because you think nothing will happen. Challenge accepted.

We stopped for frosties after lunch, just ordered regular vanilla and chocolate. The person on the register apologized but said they only had vanilla right now. They said they could still do mix ins though. They mentioned cherry (not shown on the board) so we got one cherry, one brownie and one caramel. The cherry was very, very good. The caramel was mostly crunchy sugar but okay. The brownie was just terrible, texture and taste. If it was baseball, one out of 3 wouldn’t be bad. Here, not so much.

This is the FOURTH time I’ve come to this Wendy’s for a Mobile Order pickup and the same staff looks at me, and continues to carry on as if I am not standing at the mobile order pickup line. They PURPOSEFULLY make you wait. Wendys corporate needs to be notified. This is HIGHLY disappointing, as the food quality is good, however the customer service is HORRIBLE with no courtesy.
