I stop by this Wendy’s fairly often since it’s in such a convenient spot near downtown. Overall, it’s one of the more reliable fast-food options in the area.
What I Liked:
Food Quality: The burgers are consistently fresh and hot. The Baconator here is usually spot-on, and the fries have been nice and crispy lately.
Service Speed: Even when the drive-thru line looks long, it tends to move pretty quickly. The daytime crew is usually efficient and friendly.
Location: Super convenient if you’re commuting or running errands near the BART station.
Why 4 stars instead of 5:
The late-night service can be a bit of a hit-or-miss. I’ve had a couple of instances where a sauce was missing or the Frosty machine was down for cleaning right when I had a craving. Also, the dining room hours can be a little unpredictable, so I usually just stick to the drive-thru to be safe.
Bottom Line: It’s a solid choice for a quick meal. Just double-check your bag for sauces before you pull away from the window!

I stopped by your location on Saturday around 9 PM, and unfortunately, I received a very old salad. The lettuce looked terrible, as though it had been sitting outside a refrigerator for a couple of days. Since I don’t live close enough to return in person, I’m left with a product I cannot consume, which feels like a waste of money. Pay more attention in what you do. Hard working people don’t have money to loose.

Clean, well lit, highly organized, fast service, good ambiance, overall a 5 star experience. Came in at the tail end of the lunch rush, moved through the line in reasonable time. Ordered tenders and taco salad both of which exceeded our expectations. Tenders were moist, crispy, tasty and satisfying, taco salad after combining the ingredients was awesome. Cleanliness was great, even the bathrooms were clean and very presentable. Love this place in general and this location specifically is as good as the best Wendy’s, better than most.

I had a horrible experience at this Wendy’s. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, a plain chicken sandwich, and a hamburger meal at a location that has clearly gone downhill. The spicy chicken fillet was old and dried, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The meat was rubbery and unappetizing, and the ‘large’ fries were only half-full. The bread on all the items literally fell apart after a bite. The hamburger meat had a strange taste . We ended up not eating them, except for the fries. I called to let them know, but no one answered the phone. I wanted to drive back to let them know in person, but chose not to. Additionally, the drive-thru attendant was rude and unfriendly. Think twice before buying food at this location or at least inspect it before driving away. I will never return here; the food quality is disgusting, unacceptable, and off-putting, and the customer service is poor.

During my recent visit to Wendy’s, I was disappointed by the level of customer service I received from an employee named Cecilia. Upon my arrival, she did not acknowledge or greet me, and throughout the interaction, she spoke to me with her back turned, avoiding eye contact entirely. This behavior came across as dismissive and unprofessional.
When I attempted to place my order at the counter, Cecilia instructed me to use the self-order kiosk instead. While I understand that Wendy’s offers this option for convenience, I preferred to order directly with a staff member, as I have done in the past. Her tone and manner, however, made the experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Unfortunately, I have heard similar feedback from others regarding this employee’s conduct, which suggests this may not be an isolated incident. I believe Wendy’s should take this as an opportunity to review its customer service standards and ensure all team members provide a courteous, respectful, and engaging experience for every guest.

I asked for the maple butter that comes on the maple chicken breakfast I was told them didn’t have it. I asked for natural lemonade they didn’t have it. This burnt cold sandwich is what they shouldn’t of had to be honest especially because I had to pay for it get it home and find that it a total dissatisfying. I am tired of spending money and getting horrible food.

Lady that took my order had no interest in customer service she acted like we were bothering her then I placed my order and she started talking about me to her coworker in Spanish and then gave me the worst frosties ever! The whole reason I went was for the new flavors so I bought 2 not one piece of cookie and they were so bad and blended to mush. My fries was cold nuggets burnt and burger had tomato ends and I paid for extra tomato.
