We ordered 3 hamburgers. All 3 double bacon burgers. All 3 no cheese, 2 without onions. They didn’t even get one of them correct. How does that happen? I usually check my order carefully as I have food allergies, but we were in a hurry. We had to throw one burger in the trash as we couldn’t eat cheese. So we paid for food we ordered but never got, and we were charged for food we didn’t order.

I got the The Loaded Nacho Cheeseburger. I have to say I wish it had more tortilla strips and crispy corn, there wasn’t much a crunch like you get from nachos. Also the nacho cheese flavor just overpowers everything else that really all you taste. This might be better a chicken sandwich but my overall experience I’ll probably won’t get it again.

Great place and great manager. She is very experienced in customer service. I also noticed that this Wendy’s was by far the most cleanest restaurant I have ever dined in.

I only come to this Wendy’s because it’s close. The drive thru staff is almost always rude and always makes me park to wait for the food, even if there is nobody ahead of or behind me. They shove the food & hot drinks (at breakfast) through the window, with no opportunity to make sure the person in the car has a good grip. There is no greeting, there is no thank you, and I don’t feel welcome or appreciated.
On second thought, might find a further Wendy’s to try or stop coming altogether – that’s how much I don’t want to support this franchise owner or staff.

Went through the drive though to tonight and it was very hard to hear the clerk. When I got to the window they didn’t repeat my order but provided me the receipt it showed correct. When I went to open the order I pulled out plain burger, should have been just burger and a Bun it was not it had onions and sauce. I’m allergic to onions. When I looked further in the bag I noticed the other plain burger I paid for was missing. The fries and the nuggets were ice cold. And the bacon actor had one half piece of bacon. I will not be returning to this location. Very disappointed.
