I purchased chicken tenders and french fries. The chicken was dry & the fries became
un-chewable as if they weren’t real. I tried to return them but the supervisor said that I need to speak with her manager because of the date.
I have a kid in ICU on Life Support so I couldn’t return the food the next day. I came by one day & the restaurant was closed early. I also had to locate the receipt which took some time.
Wendy’s is worth $1.64 Billion Dollars, they can afford to Refund my money.
I want my money back.

Livermore California Wendy’s on Vasco Road is the best location. Always a good experience for whether it’s breakfast or lunch or dinner foods always fresh hot and if you sign up for rewards you get really good coupon deals and free food items

Love this Wendy’s location for their fast and kind service. The woman on the register knows her customers well and invites a welcoming atmosphere. It’s never too busy and saves me on days I forget my lunch.

I come here once or twice every few weeks, It’s jointed In with a gas station not far from the freeway. I ordered the new Alaskan Fish sandwich and gave it a try and I like it, they gave me a fresh hot piece of fish and asked me to park my car on the side. Only waited about 5 minutes and It was worth it because I got fresh hot fries too. The flavor was delicious and food was nice and hot. I believe I came at a good time of the day, very good service. The second time I came to order the sandwich was a little bit different and felt rushed to say my order. This was around 8 at night, much different service. The French fries were more hard and my soda was flat, no fizz. Best time to come here Is the afternoon.

Horrible experience!! Came here to order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese meal. Came home to find only cheese in it!! Guy working past 11pm can’t hear!! I just flew 10+ hours and was looking forward to my first meal all day but nope!

I’ve been here to eat a couple times but had a bad experience today. My daughter’s hamburger was raw and I didn’t notice until she was almost done with it. I went to tell the staff about it but they just thought I wanted another one, but I only wanted to tell them that if she were to get sick it would be their fault. They had a bad attitude about it, not even offering an apology.

About to hit the road and stopped to get our teenage boys lunch, (it’s a app and savings thing ). Anyway, I really don’t know how to comment about fast food, I mean, it’s fast food. It was hot, it was exactly what we expected and it was served with a smile. Great Wendy’s!

Gas station location. Bought food through the drive thru. No ketchup no straws no napkins no spoons. Called in lady hung up then wouldn’t answer afterwards.
Went in next morning management was courteous and was willing to give a free meal which was nice. Good management horrible drive thru employee. 1 bad employee can ruin a business. She certainly did that. No name needed, if you encounter her you’ll know.
PS we’re at the Hilton at 10pm so the need items were essential
