Went in to order and Javier just had the best attitude, good recommendation and very polite. Also opened the door for the bathroom and remembered for me I had completely forgot after ordering because of how engaging the conversation was while ordering. That man deserves a raise!!

Had the baconator meal right before they closed, and it didn’t disappoint. I was perfectly satisfied. Dave’s patties are always top-notch, i haven’t had a bad burger yet. One thing I didn’t know about Wendy’s is the salsa packets. I had no idea they had packets of my favorite salsa. I also didn’t know about their foundation. This is a great place to come for a quick bite.

I used the restroom before I ordered, Which was locked Which was locked so I had to get the lady behind the counter to unlock it for me. in the restroom there was a pair of pants that were dirty on the ground and the toilet needed to be cleaned. The cashier was super friendly. She took my order and right afterwards made sure bathroom was cleaned some of the tables needed to be wiped down as well

I was in the Drive-Thru a few days ago & they can run it extremely well. Today I went in the restaurant due to the Heat. Once again they are fast friendly and efficient. This is the worst Wendy’s we’ve ever experienced. Every time my husband orders through the app and picks up our food there is always something missing. I know we’re supposed to check out bags before we drive off but you would think it being an online order everything would be correct. I think they do it on purpose so you’re not able to earn points towards rewards. Terrible customer service.
