The dining room was clean, looked like it was recently remodel.
I was disappointed in the state of the restrooms though…. First one that I walked into was completely empty of hand towels, toilet paper and looked dirty as if it had been neglected all day. I walked out and into a different restroom. This one actually had toilet paper but was still neglected without any hand towels to dry my hand.
I informed staff about the restroom but I actually never saw anyone go attend to them while I was inside.
I asked for Spicy Chicken sandwiches and they placed an order for classic sandwiches. On telling them they bluntly said “the order is placed. We can’t do anything!”
Reached out on the website a week ago and no one has contacted me back so publicly posting now.
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location during the morning shift. As a paying customer, I was refused access to the restroom by an employee who claimed it was “being used and would be a while.” While that may be understandable under certain circumstances, the manner in which it was communicated came off as dismissive and unprofessional.
Additionally, the same employee appeared unwilling to engage during the ordering process, relying solely on gestures and nods until I inquired about the restroom—at which point he finally spoke. On a separate occasion, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru, where the service was again poor. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the coffee tasted as if it had been intentionally tampered with.
Based on these experiences, it’s clear this employee lacks the professionalism and maturity expected in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure a higher standard of service moving forward.
