Yummy, yummy, in my tummy. I used to work at Wendy’s … a very long time ago. So I will always default to this place if I’m in the mood for a fast food burger. Or In this case: chicken! This is my hack: a Classic Chicken sandwich, with cheese, and the hot chili chili sauce. You have my blessing to try it.

I went in to order some food and I asked where on the menu can I find the chicken nugget prices so that I could make my decision on how many I would get and the cashier girl had the biggest attitude. She said how many do you want over and over again I kept telling her I don’t know yet I want to see the prices for each one first and asked her where on the menu I could see this, I told her to forget it I would just leave and she said thank you in the biggest attitude way. Also all of her co-workers were laughing I think they are all disrespectful and unprofessional. Her name is Yessenia. The restaurant is also filthy so they are not just rude they are also lazy, there was food smeared all over all the tables and there was food all over the floor as well, they didn’t have any customers so they can’t blame their attitude or laziness on the fact that they were busy. I should have taken pictures, I didn’t think about until now.

I came by during lunch hour and order food and had it for here. The young man who helped me at the counter has excellent customer service skills. I applaud you Edgar. Thank you for going above and beyond. Not only were you professional and kind but you took it a step further and made your way through the dinning area and approached each to make sure they were doing okay.. We need more people in the world like you!!!!

Food was great, bought a grilled chicken sandwich.

The dining room was clean, looked like it was recently remodel.

I was disappointed in the state of the restrooms though…. First one that I walked into was completely empty of hand towels, toilet paper and looked dirty as if it had been neglected all day. I walked out and into a different restroom. This one actually had toilet paper but was still neglected without any hand towels to dry my hand.

I informed staff about the restroom but I actually never saw anyone go attend to them while I was inside.

Not a great experience. The staff has no idea about how their app rewards/offers work. They can only scan the reward if you can figure out how to add it to your cart. Quite arrogant too.
I asked for Spicy Chicken sandwiches and they placed an order for classic sandwiches. On telling them they bluntly said “the order is placed. We can’t do anything!”

Dear Wendy’s Management,

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your location during the morning shift. As a paying customer, I was refused access to the restroom by an employee who claimed it was “being used and would be a while.” While that may be understandable under certain circumstances, the manner in which it was communicated came off as dismissive and unprofessional.

Additionally, the same employee appeared unwilling to engage during the ordering process, relying solely on gestures and nods until I inquired about the restroom—at which point he finally spoke. On a separate occasion, I encountered the same individual at the drive-thru, where the service was again poor. The food quality was extremely disappointing, and the coffee tasted as if it had been intentionally tampered with.

Based on these experiences, it’s clear this employee lacks the professionalism and maturity expected in a customer-facing role. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope appropriate steps are taken to ensure a higher standard of service moving forward.
