Hmm, I always love ordering value menu meals… I love eating cheeseburgers and my favorite meals is triple daves burger. But this time I came an order value. I was hoping to get fresh fries and chicken nuggies. And the burger was a size of a slider. I am not one to complain especially when I come to visit. But this visit was awful as looking through the drive thru and seeing the customer representative she look like she did not want to work. If the pay is like 20 dollars an hour the food should be the same. If we paying for you to work then we should pay for the food to be as valuable and tasty…

I paid 22 dollars for 1 burger 2 fries and 2 drinks. I live 2miles away went to pick up and recieved fries cold and stail not warn not even luke warm but cold tasted like not even cooked so cold ! Burger warm but not good. You would think they are slow but lets give them the best of wendys we can. But NO WAY WE GOT THE WORST last time ill go there. You want hot food just go when theres a rush so u get hot food. Oh well no more wendys for me or anyone i can tell.

workers are rude and unprofessional. they dont greet you when you order, they ignore me when i say thank you or use any other manners, always have an attitude, and look at you like if you’re inconveniencing them. they charge me extra for sauce which is completely fine but they forget to give me my sauce every single time. i dont mind paying for sauce but at least give me my sauce…

Restaurant is clean. Lots of parking. Employees are friendly and helpful which surprised me – most fast food restaurant employees I’ve encountered don’t smile and aren’t patient. Food was prepared quickly and was good.

Ordered through the app when I went to pick it up they said they didn’t have my mobile order. When I asked to verify the pickup address they said that was for a different store on the other side of town. I went there and they didn’t have my order either. I went back to the first place and asked for a manager. She said that the order had not been picked up. She made a fresh order for me but that doesn’t make up for having to spend a half hour driving through town needlessly.

My hubby and I have gone to Wendy’s and always been pleased, BUT….Where’s the beef is right…my hubby and I ordered 2 son baconators and we received more bun than beef. I was half way to the burger until finally reaching the beef. I get it with inflation but this is totally ridiculous. They definitely lost a customer!
