A restaurant with little self control of its employees. They cheat the drive through metrics, they chat so much and not focus on the orders that need to be out promptly . 01/01/2026 7:00pm walked in, employees were gossip and making rude comment of someone who probably works with them. 2 females and a male were working during the shift . Not sure if they’re allowed to, but this place seems out of shape

This review is for the food quality only. It had been at least 6 months since I last ate at this Wendy’s. I purchased a Taco Salad, (2) Chili’s and a Lg Soda. The Chili and Soda were fine. Taco Salad was garbage. They used to give a small bag of tortilla chips and a pouch of sour cream. They now give a smaller bag of tortilla crumbs and a crappy tomittio salsa topping, something I wouldn’t feed my dog. $23.00 for what I’d call a garbage meal.
Just a side note. I’ve read in the news where Wendy’s (the company) is struggling financially and closing poorly performing locations. Word to the wise Wendy’s, I know things are becoming more expensive in today’s economy. That’s all fine and dandy but don’t raise prices and cut corners on quality. If the store business has dropped off maybe you should look into why your bottom line (profits) has noticeably dropped off.

Burgers were okay, fries were burnt. Drinks were all ice, got 4 sips tops out of their regular drink. The nuggets were cold and hard. For the price, you can find a local burger spot that will have better customer service and non-stale food. Not a bad experience, just meh ♀️

Weird drive through location. The food was good (hot and seemed fresh) and the service was okay. They forgot our sauces for the nuggets. We were on our way to Santa Cruz so that sucked for everyone.

Went to drive through. No other cars in line behind me. Got 3 breakfast sandwiches. They made me pull out onto the highway into the next parking lot at mountain mikes to wait for the food. This is a dang highway and there never was another vehicle in line behind me. STOP DOING THIS FOR YOUR STUPID TIMER. PUTTING MY FAMILY AT RISK HAVING TO GO ONTO THE HIGHWAY TWICE SO YOU DONT GET DINGED BY CORPORATE FOR BEING SLOW IS UNACCEPTABLE.

So this is the fourth time they got our order wrong when it comes to their frosty.
I like the orange cream and my wife likes chocolate. So first two screw ups we got both chocolate and no orange cream. The third and fourth time we got both orange cream and no chocolate.
So on the Fourth time we called Wendy’s and talked to the manager to complain. The manager apologized but didn’t skip a beat to blame the Doordasher like it’s not totally their fault. The manager agreed to giving a free frosty for the mistake. The driver who delivered our order came back with the said free frosty because he was in the neighborhood delivering another order and said he’d bring it.
I give the driver kudos for doing it.
So just the other day we ordered salads and again a frosty and yes orange cream, however we got a vanilla frosty. NO orange cream.
So the count is 5 times wrong on the frosty and ONLY 1 correct.
So watch out when you order a frosty.
