I was here on Saturday and it was a terrible experience at this Wendy’s location. The whole interaction felt rushed and the customer service was awful. Karen, the cashier and the person putting food on the tray, was rude, made faces at me, and acted unprofessional the entire time. I wasn’t even clearly given my total, which made the situation confusing and frustrating. No customer should be treated like that. Very disappointed.

I stopped by this Wendy today to grab lunch since this location is near my work office. I used the app to place my mobile order and also used the offer that they had to get a deal on their double cheeseburger. I added fries to my order and then paid through the app. It didn’t give me a time to select so I figure they just start making your order once you’re there. When I pulled into the plaza this place is in, it was basically quiet. There are pot holes in Wendy lot so be aware. I pulled up to the drive thru and told the worker I was picking up my mobile order. I was told to pull up to the first window and then a little forward since my food wasn’t ready. It took like 5ish minute for my food to come out when they had no other customers. I thought the double cheeseburger was okay, it reminded me of my high school food but the fries were delicious. Seasoned perfectly and the softness of the fries was spot on.

I don’t know about charging for condiments but I don’t like it. Wendy’s is expensive already as is and to nickel and dime it’s customers just leaves a sour taste. I might as well just go to Walmart and grab a bottle of BBQ sauce for way cheaper than 54 cents per little container of BBQ sauce. I always like going to this one because I used to get great service but now I’ll go to the one closer to where I live.

This place doesnt have all that drinks in the big machine. They just have regular coke thats it. Damn. I want my tropical lime peach etc all the drinks. Without them drinks why would i eat wendys

The customer service from this establishment is very unprofessional and Wendy’s should be embarrassed about how their employees have no respect for there customers. The manager is the worst of them all she should be fired for how she communicates with her customers. Wendy’s you need replace your staff at the Simi location or you will lose business.

It was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. My fries were warm, not hot. There was no bacon on my bacon burger. Then, the bacon was added, and when I bit into it, the bacon was so hard it almost took out a filing. I also had the butt of the lettuce. White and hard. I don’t eat at Wendy’s often . I’ve had good meals in the past. However, this one was VERY disappointing.
