What a joke. Came through the drive thru, ordered #1, they asked me to wait upfront. Then nothing, took almost 10mins. I went back inside to see why it was taking so long. No one greeted me at the counter, the workers just looked at me & kept on what they were doing. Finally someone comes to the counter and I ask for a refund because I can’t wait any longer. No apologies nothing and other vehicles were driving away with their orders, this whole time. A complete waste of my time

Tonight and one other night this last week we went to this Wendy’s and both times had to throw burgers away because they were visibly undercooked. I just got off the phone with the store who told me they couldn’t find my order and essentially there was nothing they could do for me.

I’m from Florida and currently working here in California. I had stopped going to Wendy’s because of the poor service at the locations back home and generally throughout the South. However, the service at this Wendy’s, from the speaker to the trash can, was the best I have experienced in years. The quality of food was also exceptional.

Jocelyn, at the drive-through window, was extremely pleasant to deal with! She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, and I will definitely make my way back to this location if she is the standard for how employees interact with customers. The food was also delicious.

Craving for a burger and ordered the Triple Baconator combo. The burger was packed with meat and satisfied my craving. Clean and spacious store. The restroom is kinda outdated but clean as well. Friendly staff.

You really have to love when employees think they have the right to lock the doors before the stores designated time. Clearly marked that they are open until 9pm, tried to go in at 850pm to pick up an order and the doors are locked and employees were ignorant and rude. Can’t believe the owners allow such things.

Horrible. Drive through asks almost demandingly if we’re using their app today, and immediately started giving us attitude after responding ‘no’ – after that it was ‘anything else?’ for every question in a very rude tone. We ordered fries and ketchup specifically. – get to the window and they have the order ready, and ask for payment, get the card out and they’ve turned away and are ignoring us, two people in the car trying to get their attention to just take our payment for food, ended up needing to hit the horn for them to remember their customers waiting there with payment in hand. – finally got the fries paid for, and the manager (who was the one not paying attention) wanders off without giving us a receipt. So once again we need to flag down an employee to get our receipt. Pull away, and there’s no ketchup in the bag. So now we’re parking, and going inside to get the rest of the world’s simplest fastfood order.
