The drive-thru is pretty fast. Customer service at the window was excellent. Frosty was not as good as the one in Oxnard on Rose, but the location is clean here and I would definitely go back.

It blows my mind that fast food is $15 for a Dave’s double combo. But that’s life but when you ask for one sweet and sour and they want to rerun your card for $.50 it’s a shame. For me it’s principal. If you are going to cheap out on the sauces then I’ll stop buying fast food from you. Keep your policy but I’m going to stop returning to Wendy’s until they can figure out .50 is not worth pissing the customer off that spends $15 for a combo. Shity policy bummer I won’t return.

The apple pecan salad is the best in the city. Pomegranate Vinaigrette dressing is fabulous. Great music and excellent service in the dining, bring your dancing shoes.

Can’t hear through intercome often and upset when you pull up do to it. Theres a difference Fast service an sloppy service if they didn’t understand you when order was placed or ask for something missing you get nasty looks, And seems like majority of time its the managers Wendy’s prides on freshness and this is the only place I see declining on it

This was both the funniest and worst fast food experience of my life. I knew it was bad when the guy ahead of us ordered one thing and the lady taking the order took 5 minutes to put it in. There was water damage/mold on the ceiling, duct tape on the walls, and every table was dirty. The was also a dead cricket in the bathroom floor, right in the center of the room. The food was awful. Workers were complaining they didn’t have trays in the back, yet every trashcan in the front was filled with dirty trays. No one washed them. All the tables were gross and dirty and after being told, they just gave me napkins to clean it. You can tell everyone there hates their job. I work in the food industry, I know it gets rough, but I’ve never had to leave a bad review out of pity for anyone looking for food just to find this disaster. The interactions between the workers themselves was hilarious, but in the way that it’s so bad it’s funny. Ordering took way too long, the food/drinks came out wrong, the drinks were either out of carbonation or out of sweetener, all the tables were dirty, half the store wasn’t even set up, and so much more. If no stars was an option, I’d take it. If I could give negative points to this place, I would. It was terrible and just so funny how incredibly bad it was. Made my day tbh but also grossed me out.

Pretty good Wendy’s. The double combo medium size was perfect. Fries cooked just right but the iced tea was a little weak. The only real complaint is the place is getting a little worn and the entire west wall is windows without blinds so it can be hot and bright on that side of the restaurant in the afternoon.

Ordered a double but got a single, drive thru. Had to go back and asked them to redo the order. Seemed like it was a burden. Being nice to paying customers should be included without asking. Hope Wendy’s management will pay attention to this and change back to good old days when the founder Dave was around.

This was my first time coming to this place, even though I’ve lived around the area for so long. Dining in was really lonely. When I placed my order and received it, the food did not look very good. I asked for a small fountain drink, but they forgot to give it to me when I received my food, so I had to ask the employee for the first time. They also didn’t have any napkins placed anywhere near the ketchup dispenser. I had to ask for napkins, so I asked a second time.
When I was ordering, I clearly asked for a small Thin Mint Frosty and even pointed at their sign advertising the new item. Instead, I was charged for and given a small chocolate Frosty. I was tired of going back and forth about the mistakes, so I just kept the Frosty anyway. I had to check the receipt after getting our food, instead of being handed it right after paying. They charged me for a medium fountain drink instead of the small one I asked for, plus the wrong Frosty. Our total was about $30 for a not-so-good experience. This will be my last time coming here. I also couldn’t understand the employee who was serving us. She tried to offer if we wanted a cookie, but I only heard her say the price of it and was confused about what she meant, so I asked her to clarify. She meant if I wanted to buy a cookie, and I said no. Overall not a good experience.
