My Adult daughter and I stopped in for a quick bite. Since our local Wendy’s burned down. (Don’t worry it’s getting rebuilt.) The Crossing Wendy’s staff was so friendly. We shared the Bourbon bacon Burger, Chicken nuggets fries and a soda. The burger and fries are amazing. Chicken nuggets are better than that clown place. If you’re still a little Covid conscient, the tables are set very wide apart. A nice clean spot to eat at.

Great customer service. I ordered the Baconator meal and everything was fresh made to order. One of the last fast food restaurants that still offer great meals from their value meals menu. Definitely recommend for the whole family.

In two different instances I was left standing at the register with zero acknowledgement from anyone who works here. It didnt used to be like this. But all the workers looked at us and walked away. The first time this happens we ended up leaving. The second we waited for almost 5 minutes before we were ever helped. If at least they said we’ll be with you in just a minute or welcome in or something it would have been better. You need to treat all your customers like people and not ignore them. On top of all that they got our order wrong and we had to wait for them to remake it twice! They made the order wrong twice! And as we’re waiting for our food to eventually arrive the employees are in the back swearing and having fun instead of helping their customers.
