I ordered doorsdash. Dave’s large combo, 6 nuggets, and the Cinnabon with EXTRA cream cheese. I didnt get my drink. And I didnt get the extra cream cheese. $1.63 for the frosting I didnt get, and about $4.50 for the drink I didnt get.
This is also tge second time my order has been missing items, previously I didnt even get my cinnamon pull apart. Whats going on you guys?

I’m sick to my stomach I just left the drive. The pink hair youngster gave me my food. My frosty had old frys in the bottom. My frys tasted spoiled. My fresh burger was done when I got to the window? Funny, part about how ill never return to this place. Is the way the pink hair person responded to how they were doing. If I throw up I’m heading to the hospital and taking this funky frosty with me.

There is absolutely no reason why I should have to pull around and wait 15 minutes for 3 chicken tenders I ordered ahead of time. I had enough so I tried to call to cancel the order but 50 rings later, no answer. I put on my coat and got out of my car to knock until they answered so I could get a refund. As I walk up there, the man I presume to be a supervisor met me at the door. He acted like I hadn’t waited for 15 minutes, no apology. They should actually let you know how long it’d be so the customer can choose whether to cancel or wait. Anytime I’ve been asked to wait, the food is brought out after less than three minutes. If they told me it’s be such a long wait, I would’ve canceled my order.

I order a combo meal with a chili, they sent me a coke instead of rootbeer, double fries instead of my chili. The fries were fmbwyond eating, cold and stale, not fresh.

Ordered two of the JBC meals. It is advertised to have two burgers, 1 medium fry, 1 medium drink. Got two burgers. Person taking the order messed up and put in two burgers only. Paid the difference, and was given two drinks and two frys. So got two burgers, two fry, two drinks for $16.00. Asked if I was to get the other two burgers and she told me to have a good night and closed the window. Will not be back, ever. Habit burger is across the street and does honest advertising.

Look Wendy’s goes on a different scale I like Wendy’s but it certainly not fine dining. Ok so this 3 star review is in comparison to other Wendy’s. Not comparing to other dissimilar restaurants. The Wendy’s on Central is better and is that Wendy’s in San Bernardino.
I drive a lot for work do when I don’t pack a lunch a Wendy’s double stack or Del Taco is my go to.
These guys need to step it up a bit on the fries, nugs and the burger. It just wasn’t as good as other Wendy’s

Sometimes you just need to treat yourself to a morning Baconator. It was Hot, Tasty, and super expensive. But that’s the cost for morning meat awesome.
