First time at Wendy’s and it didn’t disappoint at all. This store was super clean. George was super friendly!! The food was good size and prices are reasonable. I would come back to this location.

Got off the bus and had to walk through vegetation, steel handrail piping and a drive-thru lane to get to a door — and lo and behold — it was locked! ♂️
So I walk a quarter of the building to get in. When I do, I like to wash my hands and relieve myself so I can order, unencumbered!
That ain’t happening . . . the door is lock!
So I go and order two breakfast sandwiches AND ONIONS.
The same woman who took my order was the same one to lead a GROWN MAN to go potty!
What?!
I finally get to a table where I want to sit in the sunlight, but the table hasn’t been wiped down; I do it!
By that time, I hear the same lady who took my order and who led me to ‘el baño’ but now CAN’T bring me my order!? ♂️
Oh well, I go and get it!
And sure enough, I open both sandwiches and you guess it — !
How hard is that!?
I just give up and eat it as is!
The 2 for $4 combo doesn’t fill me! So upon entering, there was a big window ad for a Wendy’s Single for $3.99 — can’t pass that up! Especially when at regular price it’s a $7 item.
Now get this, I go up to order (with the same girl) and I tell her about what she left off my previous order . . . and here is what she says, “Do you want EXTRA ONIONS on this one!?”
NOOOOOOO!
Then when I get my single and I open it up — there is SHREDDED lettuce on it .
What is Wendy’s now a Mexican restaurant!?

I could have went up and complained, but I just got the HADES outta there!
Because this is a restaurant I do not remember from my youth!

Surprisingly okay for the area. Hit or miss…. Some workers are over the top nice and friendly but some are just…. Okay same with food. Nothing bad to say other than both the official website, Google Maps say incorrect hours and phone never gets picked up to answer questions.

The manager Alondra is so professional and gave me all of her attention and care when taking my order. She really went above and beyond.
The food was so quickly prepared, and it wasn’t a small order. The store was following COVID safety protocols to a T.

I ordered to-go and got a frosty. It was the first thing to be put on the counter but why would I assume it was mine if they didn’t say anything and there were multiple people there. Anyway 5mins later the rest of my order was finished and my number gets called… so my frosty was on the counter just sitting there, melting. I ask if she could please remake it since it’s already melted, its a to-go order and I’m driving home. She said “I just made it” with an annoyed look on her face. So I said “no, actually I saw when you made it and it was before any of the food was ready”. Without saying a word she just grabs it, chucks it in the trash and makes a new one only with significantly less inside. I say thank you and she pretty much just ignores me. I understand everyone has bad days but she didn’t have to be there. If here day was that hard she should’ve gone home instead of taking it out on everyone else with her cara de amargada

4/12/19 = So sorry that i can’t give more star in this location because since last year i visit this place , still the same nothing change , restroom still lock and still no soda self service 🙁 , We will try to visit again maybe next year , to update review , if things change will add more star in the future . Try to avoid to eat here because of those 2 things .
3/5/18 = food is ok , but if you do refill your drinks you need to go in the counter , no refill station , restroom is always lock , they need to finish costumer ordering then they will open the restroom for you , employees not smiling at all, maybe they are not happy with the management . ( just visit here for the last year same thing.)

This is for the Wendy’s on State College near the corner of East La Palma Avenue. There were a number of things about this location that disappointed me compared to the Wendy’s that I normally patronize. First, I noticed that the prices on a number of items were a full dollar more than I was accustomed to. The gentleman taking the order was not particularly friendly. The soft drink dispensing was from a unit behind the counter as opposed to a machine that you could access yourself. Which meant you had to request a refill. As it turns out, my friend did not request a refill of his rooter so I do not know if it would have been provided. At 5:30 in the evening the place was virtually deserted. The eating area ambiance felt cold. There was not a single chair or booth that had any kind of cushion on the wood seat. The lighting itself felt cold. I guess each franchise has its own option but I was a little surprised when I got charged $0.50 for a senior coffee. I only went to this particular location because I had Googled for a Wendy’s that was close to my current location. I would not go back to this location again.
