Stopped at the Wendy’s on Cactus Ave in Moreno Valley and had a surprisingly smooth experience from start to finish. The drive-thru moved quickly, my order was taken accurately, and the food came out hot and fresh.
The fries were crisp (not soggy), the burger was put together well, and everything tasted like it was made right then—not like it had been sitting around. The staff also sounded upbeat and professional, which always makes a difference. Solid Wendy’s location when you want a quick meal that actually hits the mark.

Before we were going to order food my cousin had the sudden urge to throw up. She had to do so at the nearest trash can. The manger started telling us very rudely that we were going to clean it up. We wouldn’t have minded but her tone was very rude. My cousin did not make a mess as it wasn’t that much and she made it in the trash can. The manger Alma locked us in and had my sister take the trash out. In her mind we weren’t leaving until we took the trash where my cousin had thrown up in. Luckily another employee saw and unlocked the door for us. Alma is lucky it didn’t escalate because how dare you lock us inside a store.

What a nasty staff I been sitting to eat here on my way back home the staff was rude I asked the key for the restroom to go wash my hands and they didn’t want to provide it

Crystals customer service is great! She gave me her opinion on the new bacon mushroom burger, so i decided to give it a try! It was nasty lol but Crystal‘s customer service over shadowed that and I’m big on customer service so thank you! However, my 6 piece nuggets were fire!!!

Atmosphere: 5 stars. Place is new and pretty clean. The Coke freestyle machine was fun. Restrooms are open and clean; no graffiti.
Service: 5 Stars. Service was VERY fast.
Business seems slow now so it is a good time to try it out.
They do a lot of grubhub.
Value: 4 stars. Their prices have gone up but its the times we live in. I miss the $5 dollar menu. Now it’s $6.
Quality: 4 Stars. It’s fast food. Still for fast food it’s not bad for what it is.

I was there inside eating my food peacefully, this women who just commented this rude review is not being truthful on what had happened. I heard everything and Jocelyn the girl who was working there took matters into her own hands and was being very respectful towards her, this women just came yelling at her and kept calling her a “bitch” and when I got my food she was trying her best to get my order with only 3 people working there. The place and people who are working there are very nice and try there best to get to you, there’s no racism invoked whatsoever, this lady was being awfully rude and Jocelyn was talking very sweet but this lady just threw her food which was in called for. I love that place and the workers are very nice especially Jocelyn. 10/10 always going there.

This place works very slowly so if you’re in a rush to get “fast food “this is not the place. I was fourth in line and five minutes had passed
Without any acknowledgment from any of the workers to anyone in line including the first person in line. I then asked the first person in line how long they had been there and they said about 10 minutes. The workers there behind the register clearly noticed us but paid no attention to us even after one of the customers asked to be helped they started ignoring him and began speaking amongst them selves. There were four or five workers back there that could not place an order, how lazy do you have to be to do that? So once again please reconsider going here if you’re trying to get stuff in a timely manner. Management here is obviously a problem which is a shame for a place that is as new as this Wendy’s. Oh and by the way it’s obvious that one of the reviews below came from an employee trying to defend their terrible customer service just go ahead and read for yourself it’s hilarious.

I arrived in the Drive-thru at 12:30There was one car in front of me It took them 15 minutes to help that car When they got to me The person on the speaker act like they couldn’t hear they couldn’t comprehend my order was wrong and it took the total of 40 min from ordering and getting the order. When we got halfway to work my son noticed his meal wasn’t there he called the location they were extremely rude. I went back after having to drive 30 min round trip back I dealt with Jocelyn she was hostile got on her mike and spoke spanish to her manager . Jocelyn and her manager acted like they didn’t like my skin color . i asked for my money back for my hamburgers that were now cold because they messed the order up. Jocelyn ignored me and when I asked for tge store manager I learned she lied about the rude woman who was there with the same energy as her. I left the burgers there and I still didnt get my full order I paid for. This Wendys is racist and I cant believe they hired people who have a issue with other race. I will pursue this because it was uncaused for. And I want my money

I went in dining area at 9 20pm
The lady manager told me we are close
I said ,(your door sing said 10pm close)
She almost kick me out really unprofessional until I said I go to report this incident, and then she said ok I let u order and do it fast. After that she got mad with the other employee because they forgot to lock the doors
So disrespectful and unprofessional the manager of this location.
I hope Wendy’s Restaurant do something about this.
