I am torn on this. I am usually a Wendy’s fan as I have eaten at a number of them. Good clean burger and fries when they are done right. I love their breakfast croissants sandwiches and their fountain drink machine. But this time here their burger just didn’t taste right. It was ok. But the taste was off. I get my sandwich with just ketchup. The fries were not done right either. Some were ok, some were more brown as a little over cooked and some not crispy. It was wierd that got that kind of variety in the cooking. Unfortunately was too far away to drive back to the store. The store is nice and has plenty of seating including area on the side which was really quiet.

I don’t usually give ratings or reviews but the Wendy’s employees and staff were all amazing and accommodated to my shortcomings. They were incredibly understanding and leaving a review would be the least thing I could do. When I was ordering. They had it ready and called my name before I could even pay. Their efforts and services are admirable and worthy to be recognized, thank you!

The food is delicious and their prices are still affordable. This is my go-to place when I’m craving their Apple Pecan Chicken salad. It’s not only healthy but it’s also very tasty. I highly recommend this place for delicious and affordable food.

Wendy’s burgers are still some of the tastiest burgers around because their ingredients are the freshest around. The patties are always juicy and taste like beef, a perfect meat to fat blend. The buns are always soft, yet manage to not fall apart from the moisture from the condiments, fresh crisp veggies and beef patties. The revamp on their fries is now complete and better than when they first introduced the new fries. Their fountain drink dispenser is on point with pretty much every flavor covered. Add a frosty and it’s a wrap. The location on Bear Valley by Kohl’s is my favorite because of the great staff and super clean restaurant. Thanks to you all and keep up the good work.

I was disappointed and beyond belief that they found it ok to hand someone these burnt food. I have to start with the one that took our order and seems to be bothered with us ( like they didn’t want to be at work). We got the window, and he still wasn’t very pleasant. He gave us our food, and when I opened the original cheese fries and it had a corner of food, and with the cost of food, this was a joke that wasn’t hilarious at all. So we showed them to the manager, and he sent them back and the photos it what I received, burned and disgusting, and the rest of my family got food. Poisoning my poor son was stuck on the toilet for two days. I almost broke my tooth. It sad that people feel it’s ok to play with people food, which can affect their health and the possibility of being hospitalized.

The service was pretty good but the food was dry and stale. It needs to be cleaned up and to make sure that the burgers are hot and moist and the buns fresh and soft. Would not visit this location again.

Would you eat this? I sure ain’t….Poor customer service and poor food quality, i can sure say that this Wendy’s is not the same anymore, I guess their Employees Attitudes shows how they care about the food. I hope they fix this cause people spend their hard earned money on this. They need to take Pride in their work no matter what job you have.

I came to this location last night went through the drive-thru and tried to order my food they switch the speaker twice didn’t get my order right and when I was tryna order the biggie bag for my kids they kept saying no I can’t get that sandwich with it I asked which once can I get and said can you please make it a biggie and tells me again I can’t do it . Me being confused cause I ask why not if I told you can I have a burger that goes with the biggie bag .They had a attitude I said please and thank you when I asked what was the miscommunication at the front window the manager had a attitude his name is Dylan brushed me off and forgot my drink and never gave me a receipt ! I usually go to the one on main st love they attitude but this site they all acted like they was impatient and didn’t wanna deal with anybody.

Pro tip if you get ice coffee tell them the size you want they won’t ask and just assume you want small my kid got French toast sticks they forgot to put in the syrup they need to do better

Ordered 2 baconator in the drive thru I had a couple in the past at different locations and at this one also but they were not this small I went back in a ask if there was a mistake in the I showed it at the register and he looked at it and took it back to the the person who took my order I told her it was a buy 1 get 1 for 1$ total $8.91 guessing she didn’t want to be wrong about it so she gave me the 2 little kiddie burgers back very very unhappy with this Wendy’s won’t be going back anytime soon wife was very very disappointed should’ve stopped at Carl’s Jr’s
