Rude and didn’t fill my chili all the way up like everywhere else from the get-go it was off I walk up to the front counter nobody’s there the lady at the front counter just completely turns around when she sees me and walks away so I knew something was up . I ordered it to eat there but they put it in a bag and they said that’s just standard because we don’t want to wash trays. When my order was ready I saw it just sitting there and I know it was mine because the place was empty they didn’t call my order they didn’t call my name nothing they just kind of expected me to go over there and grab it I guess . Then when I tried to ask for an extra cracker for my large chili which they literally only put one I kid you not she turns around and tries to walk away to avoid any service but I made myself loud and clear and then she starts giving me attitude saying she already put one in there and I said yes I’m aware of that but can I have two I have a large chili and I’ve never just been given one cracker for the whole bowl of large chili and then I get to my seat and open up the chili for it to be halfway full so I take it back and they tell me that that standard procedure also wow what a coincidence how convenient yeah all in all rude girl working there I believe her name was Julie and it looks like she has a high school friend that she works with there that were both kind of talking behind the counterv and it didn’t really look like they were talking good about things about you .

I normally use their app for ordering. Their app is very easy to use and allows for any substitutions. They also have good specials on the app. I have found that I really like the breakfast. My favorite is the croissant sausage sandwich. Ith the Swiss cheese sauce, it is very good. Good breakfast deal on the biscuits right now. Their fries are normally pretty good as long as they are cooked right. I suggest using the drive theu when using the app as they seem to prioritize the drive thru. I haven’t had any real problems here.

We initially lined up at the McDonald’s across the street, but with three cars ahead of us and no movement, we decided to drive over to Wendy’s instead. Our order was taken promptly, and the food was prepared quickly. On our way to the freeway, we noticed the same cars still waiting at the McDonald’s drive-thru. At Wendy’s, the food was delicious, and the iced coffee was full of flavor.

Horrible customer service- maybe they were having a bad day. The drive thru associate slammed window on me 2xs when I asked for sauce & wanted to correct my order- she did not reopen the window & ignored me so I drove away.

Went this morning Diego got my order wrong it was cold and the English muffin was hard. And if you have a special with purchase it should be in the bag. Nowhere does it say you have to let them know it’s a Wendy’s special you know what’s going on it should be in the bag regardless

Just left Wendy’s in Fontana off Sierra and Valley Boulevard I will sit in the drive-through for about 5 to 10 minutes. No one ever came to take my order because they were closed but they have business hours that confirmed by them that they were open till 1 AM. They could at least block off the drive-through if they’re closed.

Late breakfast still breakfast at 10:40 am with very pregnant wife staff super friendly good clean stablishment very much love service here and lady very friendly gave very positive vives from her its a very good experience being treated nicely
