The manager here sucks bad dude ngl, I had worked in fast food before so I know what goes down behind the counter. Earlier today I went in with a coupon for a free burger if purchased and she asked to rip off the coupon and give it to her (this was one of those charity coupons you buy from high school kids) so it’s reusable every time you go in and I had told her that but she wouldn’t do it, people are going to be people nomatter the case whether your in front or in the back of the register and this person and some of there staff are blatantly doing so to people spreading all the hate they have inside towards anyone. People of Colton and Rialto! stop going to this place and the Subway across from here because they ended up doing the same thing, like I said before I’ve worked in fast food before so I know what goes down least you end up getting a wet burger or sandwich from one of these places smh, much love to all who read this and I hope nothing but the best.. except for people like at Wendy’s and Subway hehe ✌️

Wendy’s prices are great but the price of great attitude is free . I experienced bad customer service here bc this is very short on staff when it open. I order a meal and received something completely different. I tried to use their soda machine and it was a complete disaster . It was completely empty and we had to ask the short staff crew to refill are drinks for us. They management is need to improve on getting thing together at this location

I don’t know what happened to the amazing crew they had running this location but they are greatly missed. The food is not great and that’s if they even give you your whole order. Apparently that’s asking to much, sure they take your money but don’t give you the food that you paid for. Do better.

I did drive thru. The window person must have been new employee. He was good & did not offer ketchup, dipping sauce. I had to ask for them. He had not greetings; coming or going.

Went during lunch time and it was pretty quiet. Dinning area was clean and we used the kiosk to order. It was pretty easy. I got one of the biggie meals. Pretty filling. I got the chicken sandwich and nuggets. It was pretty tasty.
