The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the employee was nice other than that this place is not good. We all got a burnt biscuit patty & my friend got a frozen biscuit. Waited around 15-20min for the food to just be like that.. The store manager also was just walking when he should have been helping the cook! Anyways yall have to do better!

Always wanting to park. And then when we do park they don’t even bring our food out when ready. Tired of a drive thru not being utilized as a drive thru. It isn’t a drive thru, park, and come in anyways to get your food. Don’t be surprised when cars start not parking because you can’t bring out food timely.

The place is conveniently located . The restroom is clean and does not smell . Tristan did a phenomenal service to my family . I like the Baconator and the lemonade drinks . Food was ok. My wrap was not very well wrapped and the grilled chicken was dry and difficult to chew and way over sauced. The fresh lemonade was very good and the employees were nice.

This is absolutely unacceptable Wendy’s. First I had to wait 10 mins for a fresh batch of fries with no salt (the only thing I ordered) then you had the audacity to bring it out to me half full. For almost 5 dollars this is absurd!!!

I have no idea how this place has a 4 star rating! First they put two frosty in my order only needed one. Then I got a child’s cheeseburger but no nuggets went back for for the nuggets. Now I find out that I paid for a 10.59 bourbon burger meal and didn’t receive that either. What I did get was 2 chili bowls! At least I have my receipt to prove what I ordered!! I will be going back tomorrow and asking for a complete refund!

I’m mad because the food is usually pretty good. Got a raw burger, they immediately offered to replace it. I’m waiting and watching the girl mopping the floor and working the window without washing her hands. She attempted to touch my food I asked her not to. ” SHE WAS OFFENDED” and walked off. She told her lady manager what happened. They had a good laugh about it. Meanwhile I’m still standing in the lobby waiting for my food! . The Manager offered no correction or even assistance .

Ordered two baked potatoes with cheese along with butter and sour cream. Received french fries with some cheese. Really? I realize they are both potatoes, but cold, greasy french fries are not what I ordered. It’s not a baked potato and definitely not what I paid for.
