Lady on the microphone was very unprofessional for starters, horrible service. when I got to unpack my food at home, I found a smashed breakfast baconator. Everything else was fine, ok in quality but I called in to see what I can do about a replacement item sense I couldn’t eat what I paid for and the lady on the phone caught and attitude and gave me the run around over some food I paid for and hung up the phone. I highly recommend saving you money or going to a different location.

Thursday night out shopping. Let’s get a burger at Wendy’s. 2 Dave’s singles and 2 medium fries . No drinks. 23.85 in and out burger across the street maybe 30 to 40 cars there q and full dinning room. WENDY’S

Half way through eating my breakfast sandwich today 10/9 @ 9:45/10:20 am , and this piece of plastic was in my sandwich! We headed back to the location to show them and something told me to check the other 2 sandwiches we purchased and behold another little piece of the same white plastic ! We took it back to show the Mexican ladies working the morning shift and the one working the drive thru claiming to be a manager she immediately had the audacity to say we don’t have anything like this back here trying to insinuate I put the plastic there my self ! After arguing with her she finally gave me my money back but this has completely thrown me off from fast food I’ll never eat Wendy’s again and I don’t recommend this location at all its disgusting! And they won’t take accountability crazy behavior if you’re supposed to be a manager ! Have a talk with the people cooking back there because this is unacceptable! I’ve never had to write a review as such before but I am just completely disgusted by the fact she insinuated I put that there myself I come to Wendy’s specifically for breakfast only because I love there breakfast so there’s no way in hell I would do all this just to get money back . I know people have done crazier things I’ve worked in the food industry myself so I get it but that was extremely unprofessional! Take accountability and that’s all you don’t argue with customers . Me or Anyone else who had come through the drive thru could’ve choked ! If it wasn’t my sandwich it could’ve been someone else’s please check your food guys ! I know I will start opening my food more often but I’m pretty put off from fast food due to this situation. I ended up going home hungry because I no longer had an appetite please Retrain your staff at this location.

The reason for the 3 starts is because this place is really hit or miss. I have gone there and really loved the food, speed and all over experience. However I have also gone there and had a bad experience, where the person on the mic was having a rough day and it seemed like they were taking it out on guests. I have ordered a chicken sandwich and the BUN WAS PRINTED ON. So obviously I couldn’t eat it. I didn’t notice it until I got home after a long day and my dinner was ruined and it makes it hard to want to go back to this location .

Food was cold and missing items staff gave no recipient and when I called fora copy of the receipt but they were unable to give one or a customer number stragnly enough was able to.give me.my total of 42bucks and a order number that doesn’t correspond to anything.edit i ment to mention the only thing not cold was the frosty

Disappointed with the Experience

It’s a little disappointing that, with how expensive things are these days, places don’t seem to take more pride in their service or quality.

I recently went through the drive-thru and ordered a large Coke, a burger, nuggets, and fries. Unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The Coke was leaking and dripping everywhere — I had to wipe the entire cup down just to avoid it spilling all over me and the inside of my car. On top of that, the nuggets and fries were cold, which really took away from the meal.

The only thing that was done right was the burger — it was warm and tasted fine. But overall, for the price, I expected better quality and care.
