I ordered the loaded fries in the drive thru. They were cold, the cheese would not melt and there was a strip of bacon on top vs crumbled bacon like it should have been. I walked in and waited at the counter for over 3 minutes with employees looking at me but none coming to acknowledge or help me. I finally asked is anyone working the counter? I did not receive a response, but the woman on the fryer hollered to someone else who eventually emerged. The manager woman was very dry and unenthusiastic but I politely told her I just bought this from the drive thru and it’s cold. She asked if I wanted something else but I just requested a refund. She eventually gave a half hearted apology.

A few months ago i made a review and after getting to know everyone. That is hard at work at this location. It imperative that i give everyone an update. How much the store has improved. They have hired more staff and the quality of the location has very much gotten better i stick to my the basics when ordering it makes the experience that much better.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I asked for Cook to order food they gave us hard ass burgers, fries that taste like they’ve been double dipped and super salty tasting and also got a chili and they put more cheese than anything.

To Wendy’s Customer Service,

I recently placed my first order with Wendy’s via Ubet Eats and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality and quantity of my food. The order has only one tomato, two tiny pieces of lettuce as a substitute for a bun, less food (fries), and too much ice in the beverage provided. Overall, the meal was unsatisfying and did not match the price paid and my expectations. It’s too pricey for fewer products. As seen in the picture, the bags were closed using the stickers, so it is not the Uber Eats driver’s fault that my orders were unsatisfied to eat.

I appreciate the attention to this matter and hope for an improved experience in the future.

We ordered the four for one and it was very delicious. The place was pretty quiet and clean and it’s pretty close to the highway so it’s a pretty decent place to stop by on a road trip for a quick bite.

The food was so-so but the service was poor. Ordered a beef cheeseburger with bacon, got given a spicy chicken burger. When my wife took it back she was rudely told by the girl at the counter (Jessica) that we had pointed to a chicken burger on the menu (or receipt clearly showed a beef Burger ordered). I went back to get it changed and Jessica rolled her eyes and kept wanting to talk about a chicken burger. We ordered beef, the receipt said beef, and regardless the customer should be right.

Eat at the Jersey Mike’s, Taco place or Supermarket at this small shopping centre instead.

If you want fast mediocre service and don’t want to hang out. Go here. Don’t use the drive through though, they can’t hear you. I really want to feed my kids here. They just make it really hard.

Customer service ROCKED! While I was angry I had to go back because they forgot my daughter’s sundae from my mobile order, the gentleman at the drive through was very accommodating and sincerely apologetic. He offered another I’ve cream for my inconvenience. Usually workers don’t care, nonchalantly apologize and don’t really care. He actually calmed me down and made me forget how mad I was that I had to go back! Thank you for your kindness! He even made the sundae a with extra yummies for our time!

Hard pieces of green plastic found in the Southwest Avocado salad for an order around 4pm on December 13th. Tried to call the restaurant to warn them with no answer. Already refunded through delivery service but trying to warn my community and the restaurant. No idea what the plastic goes to but it seems something shattered and ended up in the lettuce or something.
