I just ordered two combo meals. They told me to park because they were giving me fresh fries.I was happy. I get home and the fries are old, burn and bitter. My chicken sandwich was the same all burn, too hard and bitter. It seems like they haven’t change the oil in months. Horrible first time experience.

I visit the Wendy’s in Holt and the customer service was amazing there the manager in charge Araceli was very respectful super nice customer service 10 out of 10 a great smile. She was very helpful because I’ve been to other Wendy’s and the managers are not very smiling or helpful and Araceli was just a 5 star customer service I will be coming here often

i showed up at around 545pm while it was very busy on the nearby streets. i made my way through the drive thru very quickly. i got my Wendy’s app scanned with no problem either. the food i ordered was hot and correct. it was an overall pretty good experience at this location.

I would give -0 stars to all the questions. First, no one comes out to the registers to take your order this place was empty should of been a red flag. No one wants to work. Meanwhile, the cashier was just on his cell phone talking, not even caring, just staring and not even offering to help. His manager stared at me and didn’t even care to help or discipline the cashier on his phone call. Finally, when the cashier finished his call, he stared without asking, I asked for a sauce, and he said oh it’s “$1 dollar for each sauce ” It’s not even on the menu that they charge $1 for each sauce. When I asked where does it said that, as I literally had just gotten a ranch sauce without charge in my meal, both workers didn’t have anything to say. Uneducated and unprofessional workers that don’t have any customer service and don’t deserve getting paid $20.00+ an hr. Avoid this location on Holt blvd in Ontario. Don’t come eat here it will be your worst experience!!!!

I am never coming here to this location ever again. I felt rushed when I was ordering in the drive thru because the cashier couldn’t hear right. As I approached to the window I dropped my debit card by accident and the cashier gave me a side eye and I got an impression from her saying “hurry up and leave”. My burger didn’t look appetizing. It had onion, pickles, and mustard when I specifically told them not to put any of those vegetables and specific condiments. They need to upgrade their headsets and improve on their customer service.

At 10 dollars a bacanator you would think the bacon would look like the picture. My bacon was severley burnt luckily my wife had 2 edible pieces she shared 1 with me. The dog ate her other bits she dont mind burnt. Always check your bacon leaving this place. Also fries were cold and no salt….

I went to the store Friday march 21 My food was very good but I feel bad for the worker because a man threw a soda at him through the drive thru window. Then the man came inside and he was screaming at the manager looking for the employee but the manager named Elvia handled the situation really good the workers were nice I don’t know what the man’s problem was be careful with the crazy people in ontario.
