Update. Second visit was less than stellar. Both sandwiches were hot but clearly by microwave and definitely old. My first visit was outstanding but I have to remove a star due to freshness. This was about a quarter to 10 am so my guess is, they tend to stop making fresh sandwiches near this time and nuke what they have under a burner. Either way, my order was not good the second time. I’m keeping the fourth star for the service, drive-thru, which was great.

Rudest service I’ve experienced in a long time. The “manager” Kathy was exceedingly rude and even aggressive in tone, for no apparent reason whatsoever. Food was not fresh, and the entire vibe was bad. Never coming back.

Drive thru experience. Couldn’t fill order, after making me drive around store to clear the drive thru. People getting in drive thru honking, thinking I am in line, where I was directed ro by mgr. Food was thrown together, messy and not fitting buns. Bacon burger had a sliver on it. Soggy fries after they made us give up on a potato in order, and our friend went without eating. ..that was the big problems.

Ordered from the drive thru a double cheese burger and chicken nuggets. Asked for ketchup and ranch dressing. I got a cold chicken sandwich and a packet of barbeque sauce. Have called many times to tell them. From 8 am to 7 pm. Only get a recording that it’s their peak hours and hang up. Hated to give them even 1 star!!!
