Spent nearly 100 dollars. And their customer service is very terrible. The lady in the black kept on rushing us after we ask to have a couple seconds because we have a big order to place. So then when I begun to place the orders she kept on saying; ok that’s it, after every order, after saying I have a big order to place. Part of the order was wrong and I was patiently waiting thinking they were going to give us the rest of our order, then once the manager in the red finally came to the window she basically tried to brush us away and said, “we have a line behind us”and I’m telling her our order is incomplete. And I told her we order 5 kids meal in total and she then had an attitude because her tone got aggressive and she told me “I only paid for just 3 kids meal” then I handed her the receipt and she then slam the window shut repetitively , so after that I started recording them. The lady in all black started recording us back when they were in the wrong! After waiting again the lady in the red whom is a “manager” gave us the missing kids meal without having a professional manner apologizing. I was close to wanting to ask for a refund but then she already had handed me the rest of the orders…. Kids meals come with ranch and we didn’t even get that also, then asking her for the ranches for the kids meal for the nuggets she just slammed the window shut. I requested their names and they can hear us because the window was cracked open a little and both of the ladies kept looking at me so then I just drove out the drive way to go inside because they wanted to ignore me. When I went inside they still didn’t want to give me their name. Then the lady in the all black yelled at me to leave them alone. Reason why I ask for both of their names was to report them to cooperate and/or HR. I calm my composure down and try to find a lawyer that can handle this case legally.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Wendy’s, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted with warm smiles and excellent service. The staff at Wendy’s went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable.

I go here often for dinner. Usually good service and accurate food order given. Drive-thru attendant tried to short change me one time when I was paying with a gift card. He told me that there wasn’t enough money on the card to cover the whole order and it was more expensive than it really was. I gave cash and he didnt give a receipt. I asked for it then saw that he charged me too much.

Also, if you ask for lemonade, the regular one is $1 more and they give that to you n charge the extra amount without asking. Must specify “lite lemonade” to not be charged extra. The drive-thru line can get pretty backed up (for Wendy’s standards) around dinner time. Other than that, the food is what you’d expect.

Worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s location. Ordered pickup: baked potato, chili, and a salad. They were somehow completely out of chili but wouldn’t give me a refund, forgot the sour cream for the potato, and gave me ranch dressing instead of Caesar. It also took a very long time to bring out the order despite them not appearing very busy. Do yourself a favor and go to literally ANY other location you can find that isn’t this one.

And I will say the food was rather fresh and hot service was okay despite a young lady interrupting me while I was placing the order and the employees not instructing her to wait
However the main thing that stood out to me was a large Roach that they were unbeknownst to until I made it come to their attention

IT WAS CRAZY LAST NIGHT @ this location on Carson st, in Lakewood city . A couple was filming the workers because nobody didn’t want to release any names that kept being repentantly asked by the customer. I overheard the couple said to the females employee that work night shifts, has a poor customer service as a manager and a drive through window employee. I DON’T BLAME THEM FOR THEIR FRUSTRATIONS BECAUSE One of the employees had an attitude last night with me when I ask for a lid for my cup.

Placed a mobile order. Picked it up and when I got home, I realized they forgot one of my items. Went back and explained the situation. Was helped by a tall Hispanic guy wearing a red shirt. He was very polite and helpful. Got my order straight fast and even included a free Frosty for the inconvenience. Top service right there! Thank you!

Above-average service at this Wendy’s
Damian was polite, and my food was correct.
The food quality is on par with any other Wendy’s however the interior is kept very clean and the staff work efficiently.
The dining room layout is different including different seating options instead of the standard four-person tables with no moving chairs.
Both restrooms are unisex and handicap accessible.

$2 for a Double app promo

Wendy’s has been a stranger to me, ever since the former Artesia location closed down decades ago.

Wendy’s Double-
Solid burger. Ordering via the app, requesting extra onions & tomatoes, the Wendy’s Double was a good amount of food. A value for only $2. Worth regular price? I wouldn’t say so. In N’ Out is cheaper & better.

Service was good. After placing the order via the app, the wait was minimal. Ample seating inside, the dining area was relatively clean.

$2 well spent. I enjoyed my lettuce-wrapped Wendy’s Double. It’s highly unlikely I will be a regular, due to proximity & lack of interest. However, if another promo catches my eye, I wouldn’t hesitate to give Wendy’s a glance and see if it’s what’s in store for a meal.
