This Wendy’s location is really ghetto. I personally don’t get food here for myself anymore. It’s been about a year or two since this was a decent location. All of the new staff is awful. I haven’t had a good experience here in years. PS I live right around the corner. Today while picking up an Uber order I waited about 20 minutes before just canceling. The customer only got a number two and a soda and it took them over 25 minutes to not even make it. I went inside because the drive-through line was going so slow with only about four or five people we were sitting still for at least 15 minutes. I’m not sure if they’re on drugs or extremely incompetent but a new staff and better training is needed for this location to remain in business. They cannot be profitable.

Staff is rude restrooms have no toilet paper there are black streaks of dirt in the sink and mold in the toilets. When brought to the staffs attention she said okay and walked away with no intention of telling management. If the bathrooms are maintained like this I would hate to see how they maintain their kitchen.

This Wendy’s had a very rude Latina manager and her whole staff is Latina women from Mexico it seems. Don’t go to this one on Valley View near Chapman. She should be happy she’s in the United States being born in a poverty stricken Mexico.
