It was a whole fried a** bug in my food and they had the nerve to look at me crazy and not give me my money back like oh we need the food . Yeah alright that’s cool besides that call to corporate cause the offices are closed today on a Sunday I’m calling the health department. Also whoever bought the breakfast potato wedges 07/16/2023. Food was acceptable, but the taste was not what Wendy’s used to be. The burgers were served still as a square but much smaller square than last time. The French fries had more black ends from potato eyes than not, and were really not very good.

Pick-up window is quick. I ordered Baconator large combo and the only large thing was the drink, fries were average, burger taste was expected but in general it was a total SHAME!! For $13.11 I better would have gone to In-n-out and had 2 Double double cheeseburgers.

My fave fast food place to go to. We usually get the Biggie Bag x2 for our family of 5 (minus baby). Get a small frosty to top it off! Even their salads are good. Love the service here at this location!

I received the incorrect order and instead of correcting their mistake in a timely manner and sending me on my way, he completely dropped the ball and missed the opportunity to provide decent customer service.

Food is great as always but it is not a comfortable place to stay for breaks between work or school. Manager or security will likely push you out the door after a 30 minute lunch. It was a great experience until then. O well.

One day I came to this Wendy’s and had asked to use, the restroom, the told me i had to buy something, at this time i had no cash on me but thats besides the point. I kept telling them it was a emergency and their response was ” you still hae to purchase something also the crew seemed very rude . Also it seems like they make you wait a full 5min before taking tour order at the drive thru.
