Closest Wendy’s out of convenience, but learned to order and give them at LEAST a 12-15 minute headstart, for a small 3 item mobile order. It spends half of its time sitting until eventually someone sees you waiting long enough. Also, how wild to forget syrups twice with a French toast order Thats my bad for not checking again

As simple as a chocolate frosty is. I order online to drive to the establishment to get told by employees that the chocolate frosty machine is not working and that they are waiting for a part. My questions, why would Wendy’s system allow me to order something that is broken and NOT AVAILABLE? Why has marketing remove the item from availability? Is management mentally checked out? No offer at all to resolve the inconvenience. Someone incompetence is showing. Management do better

Honestly gave me some of the worst food poisoning I’ve had in my life. Contaminated food from 2/14/2026 from order at 10:03pm. Throwing up nonstop is not fun. Need to get kitchen sanitation in order at this location.

Not the greatest customer service. No smiles. Very slow. People had to ask for simple items such as ketchup. No courteous behavior. Bathrooms are gross. The building needs genuine repair. As does there sign and parking lot. Garbage cage is wrecked and visually a sad piece of the restaurant environment.The curtains are lackluster in color. Bench seats are ripped. The awning is wrecked at the drive thru. This place is in desperate need of a remodel and appropriate training in customer service etiquette.

The area is a little rough other than that employees are courteous nice and energetic greeting you with smiles and they’re thorough and quick one of the only places to offer all you can drink fountain beverages due to the fact that other restaurants have eliminated all you can drink/free refills it seems like too much to ask for I’m no longer a customer of theirs.

I live close by this Wendy’s and I’m a regular customer. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I can’t remember, not even 1 visit, when an employee was friendly to me. For a very long time there was a guy working the window, and he was a total jerk, but was a very fast hard worker and never once messed up my order or forgot anything.. idk if he works there anymore bc I haven’t seen him in forever. Today a young woman was working the window. I had a mobile order and 2 cars were infront of me. So I waited behind these cars for like 5mins and when I got to the window, she looks at me and expresses frustration. The window was closed but she made a gesture with her hands/arms that wld indicate frustration, rolled her eyes, and walked away without saying a word to me. I sat there for another 5mins and she opened the window and said “have a nice day” while at the same time, in a very hurried movement, she gave me both my bags and closed the window. There were no cars behind me so I’m not sure why she was going so fast that she was rude. I checked my bags before I left and I thought I had everything. When I get back to my apartment, my husband immediately leaves to go to work and I have no car and 2 toddlers. They got my food items correct, but I paid for extra frosting for my cinnabon bites, and I didn’t receive it – or any other sauces. It might sound petty to you, but this food is for my kids who are picky and everything has to be split evenly, etc. I wish I didn’t even order it now, however I’m not writing this review over 1 forgotten frosting. There has been 1 item missing from my order, for my last 4 visits which have all been in this last week! Everytime I order, I don’t hand out the food until I get my kids home.. and that’s when I realize something is missing. I weigh out my options bc even tho I live near by, the last thing I want to do is put my kids shoes back on them and get them in their seats and travel back to the store. I am a full time graveyard worker and I get off work at 7am, that’s why I go to Wendy’s so often – bc I’m so tired I don’t want to cook my kids breakfast. So I try calling the store and nobody ever answers the phone, making my only option a 30minute task… I think maybe I should keep my receipt and try talking to somebody on my next visit? However, it appears the lady in drive thru was going so fast that she forgot to give me a receipt. Last time they forgot the order of cinnabon bites, before that it was my baked potato, and I can go on & on. In the last week I have spent atleast $15 to $20 on food that I didn’t receive and I am just a cashier myself, I don’t have enough $ to keep letting these issues go. So today when they forgot the frosting, that I PAID FOR, it was just the cherry on top of them forgetting something that I paid for on every visit. I usually place mobile orders before 3pm, so every time this happened, it happened on day shift. Sorry for the novel, but I wanted my level of frustration to be understood.

Went in for lunch with a buddy of mine, he got the biggie meal and I got saucy nuggets, surprisingly the prices on the menu are old and was surprised that me and my friend ended up paying like a dollar more than is should have, along with having my order messed up twice that day.

I was staying in Reno for the night & needed something to eat around midnight. I saw they were open so I gave them a shot. The chicken sandwich & cheddar bacon fries were excellent. Exactly what I needed & they were close to my hotel too.
