I waited for awhile to even place my order in person. As they were handling the register.
During this time I was getting hungry until finally some tall cute human looked over at me, got my attention and signaled me almost as if they were saying “you can order now”
I approached the front, unsure of what I wanted to order so this cute funny person helped me out and recommended me some options.
I did proceeded to order a biggie bag double Bacon Stack Burger, all plain, no cheese.
As I waited for my food, I got myself a drink from the machine, soda doesn’t really have caffeine in it, tastes water downed, bummer.
I asked and they kindly refilled my drink with was sooo much better yay.
When I got my order, I stumbled upon a note on my tray saying “Call Me Cutie :3” following with their number
Fries really good, nice salt, hot damn
Burger….has cheese….
I went to the front and got an exchange, yay
Chicken nuggets, I got 5 instead of 4??
Inconsistent…don’t know how to do their job right. Hey but at least I got an extra. Next time do better.
Other than that, everything was decent.

I came here 01/07/26 to garb something before work. I was asked to pull to the side and I had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I counted it was 15 minutes, which wasn’t a problem because I thought everything is going to be hot and fresh prefect. The car behind me received their order before I did and I was a bit confused because I only ordered a number two the double so my order finally came out. The lady said it’s hot and fresh and I looked in the bag and I said oh I ordered a meal you’re forgetting the fries .She came out three minutes later with the fries that were cold and salty. The bacon on the burger was not done. I have no idea what I waited 15 minutes for because the food was not hot or fresh . When I arrive to work, I put the food in the microwave when I ate it I became really sick afterwards . Today is 01/08/26 and I still feel sick from that food. I ate yesterday $15 down the drain. I’d like my money back oh and they gave me the smallest order of fries smh not even the six that comes with the meal.

Sent my fiancé to go get us food and he came back with this….. they say a picture is worth a thousand words…. This looks like it maybe was sitting there for hours and they refried it to heat it up….I’ve worked in fast food before and would know… super disappointed because it’s not like the food was free

I visit Wendys and they messed up my order by missing things, the guy rolled his eyes when I kindly asked for my order and kept shrugging his shoulders. They need to hire happier people not idiots.

Omg! Whatever you do in life don’t ever eat an Italian mozzarella chicken sandwich. To start, when you open it, it looks staight out of crime scene videos, the way the sauce smeared itself on wrapper. The sauce tasted like licking the inside of a tin can and the 3″ thick slab of mozzarella deep fried was disgusting. Then when you think you’ve seen it all, at the very bottom there’s a totally sad and sick looking piece of Swiss for some reason. It had to be the worst sandwich I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. Do Not, I repeat, do not eat this, ever

Went to eat here with my kid D’s before we went to see a movie, and got some burnt buns, I know they saw that it was burn so why would you send it out anyways, lazy that’s why. Oh and not to mention the cashier Mykel had no customer service at all, I didn’t get a hello, well come none of that, I had to greet him but hey is a fast food restaurant right so there’s no need for them to he nice to customers!

I asked for no onions and they kindly took it upon themselves to substitute with their hair. Got this 02/19/2022 at around 8:25 p.m.. Typically a great location but not today. This was cooked within the cheese so pulling it out made it even nastier. I’ll just take the onions next time….

I came through the drive through on July 11 at around 1:50 pm. I pulled into the drive through and noticed a couple new menu items so I asked politely may I please have a minute? She said nothing.. about 10 seconds later she said I’m ready for your order!! I said again may I please have a minute? And was rudely greeted back with something in Spanish over the speaker. There was not 1 car in front of me or behind me so I thought I’d be okay to look for more than 10 seconds. I didn’t realize Iit was an inconvenience to the lady at the window so I pulled off and left. God knows what the lady said over the speaker in Spanish. Very rude
