This was the dirtiest food establishment I’ve ever been in, in my life. No cars in drive thru line, no one inside the restaurant, but there was trash everywhere, including behind the counter. Employees were joking and showing each other cell phone pics or videos while in the middle of taking our order.
I was told they were “slammed” earlier, but they weren’t busy at all when we arrived, and 5 or 6 employees stood around joking while the manager clocked out and walked out, seemingly uncaring about the total chaos.
Someone remarked “he’s taking pictures” and 2 employees started cleaning. When they finished, there was still trash on the floor and on tables. I won’t ever, ever go back there. The last 2 pictures were taken after they finished cleaning.
Do yourself a favor and go anyplace else.

“I’ve been coming to this location regularly because, unlike many others, they maintained decent quality. Not this time. I was asked to pull around for fresh food and waited 15 minutes with my 2- and 9-year-old. When I went inside, they’d forgotten part of my order—it just sat there. No apology. They handed me a baked potato shoved in a burger box, barely topped, and smaller than my hand. I asked for a refund because at this point, my toddler had waited nearly 30 minutes. They ignored me for another 15 minutes. Finally, the manager gave me a refund, claiming it came out of his pocket because corporate doesn’t allow refunds—ridiculous. I never expected this place to become just another disappointing experience, but here we are.”

Just spent nearly $10, burger, chicken sando, chicken nuggets. I asked for an extra ranch and was told no it’s .50. For a ranch?? At a fast food place. Apparently it doesn’t matter how much you spend I was only entitled to the one ranch (or any sauce) because I only ordered one order of nuggets. LAST time at Wendy’s for sure!!! I need to stop buying fast food junk anyways.
Oh and the food was lukewarm and buns on burger and sandwich were hard to boot!

This Wendy’s charges you for a Medium Combo and an extra $1 for it automatically. I ordered two combos that were priced $1 above menu price and when I asked about the extra charges I was told their system automatically does this and that they are sorry. Sorry don’t cut it when you over charge people. I will never eat Wendy’s again over this.

Ordered a vanilla frosty with strawberry swirl. All of the strawberry topping was at the bottom so I had to eat all the vanilla by itself without the strawberry topping. This is definitely first world problems, but it’s very irritating.

This location got my order wrong all the time, bad management. Food were cold and fries were always overcooked. Charged me for extra dipping sauce but nothing in the bag.

I arrived a little after 12 noon and it was very busy. While waiting I noticed the cashier was also serving up the orders for chili. After handling cash transactions, they made a quick turn and immediately picked up the ladle, dished the chili, stepped over and added cheese, then took those dirty hands and cupped the customers container with a lid with fingers touching the rim. All other food handlers were observed wearing gloves. No chili for me!

This was some seriously disgusting food. Every single item we ordered tasted like very old grease. The toppings on the burgers were not only wrong, but they were teeny tiny portions. Like laughably small. Nuggets looked like rats were eating little bits off before being cooked. The fries were 100% inedible and we threw both full orders away. They had that old grease and raw potato taste and were not seasoned at all. I would never step foot in here again.

Vernon is tall like Mt Vernon but he delivers good service and is very respectful. A great example of a store manager he helped me after I got out of the hospital and my food was fresh and correct
