Terrible service!!!!! Male cashier always seems to be in a pissy mood, always giving customers attitude. Had an incident today where there was a long line of customers waiting to order , yet he wasn’t taking any orders. His response was, ” Drive thru customers are priority, if I take your orders you’ll have to wait long because we need to cook the order.”
Regardless if the order is taken at the moment or minutes after food is ordered, obviously, we still need to wait for it to be prepared! What topped it off was the drive thru was empty!!!!! ( pictures shown below) The inside of wendys is where the customers were at! Waiting in line, with no acknowledgment, just getting the stinky stare down of him and his colleagues talking amongst themselves! It is very unprofessional. If he doesn’t like his job, he really shouldn’t be in the food industry and definitely not a cashier!

This location had warm, soggy nuggets. Fries really didn’t have any flavor sandwich fill as if it was dried out.

Went into this location to pick lunch up for my kids today. Got home and my daughter discovered someone’s hair in her sandwich. So i immediately jumped in the car to take it back. Get to the window and explained to two different employees the first guy at the first window kinda smirked and laughed although I can’t find anything funny about someone else’s hair being in food that your prepared to eat. I then get to the second window and let the female know what happened. Not only did she snatch the bag out my hand!!!!!…there was no apology for the inconvenience! Like who trains these people. No customer service at all. I was upset with myself for not just asking for a refund in that moment. A decent employee would have said oh no I’m so sorry allow us to fix this. But no she snatched the bag and slams the window shut and comes back with a sandwich less than a minute later. Sucks there are not a lot of options on the East side as is but it would be nice if we do not have to worry about whether workers are taking necessary precautions to prepare our foods in a sanitary way. Done with this Wendy’s!

I find it unlogical for a restaurant to have a drive-through if their employees are going to tell me, I would have to come inside to pick up a DoorDash delivery order. The purpose of a drive-through is to collect and go not pull up communicate through a box and then to be told to come inside, I just got my vehicle to appropriate temperature to where I will not have a heat stroke. I didn’t have to turn off my vehicle turn off my air conditioning system. While I’m Proceeding to walk inside, the sun is glazing on my vehicle, destroying the temperature. All because. I’m coming here to collect a customers order to help this company make money. Makes no sense now I have to walk to my vehicle with all these items.

Honestly, I wanted to give y’all a good review, service was slow, but they were sort of nice. But come on who ever owns this place or Wendy’s corp….
The food was nasty,
Got there right at 10:30 when they serve lunch , thinking I’d get some fresh fries. They were brown and stale and cold and old. , are they serving old food from the night before. My poor kids were looking forward to this all night and didn’t even eat their, food it was so gross.

Haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a lonng time. I now know why. Customer service sucks. The food my child ordered was cold. Had to fight a whole family of flies while my child ate. Do better!
