What FastFood resturant tells you they Won’t take your order because they have to many customers and their name board won’t hold anymore. I’m sure they are not turning away the people at the drive through. What a joke. Where is the management at this place. If you can’t handle the lunch rush maybe you should let another food establishment take over.

Went into this Wendy’s, I’m the second customer in line. The counter person said I’ll be with you. As she waited and bagged four different orders. She could have waited on the customers waiting to orders. The person in front on me finally ordered. Then I get to the counter, I said I would like a single. Cheese. She said I would have to wait to 8 minutes. Then walked away. Then I asked if I could get a frosty. she said yes. So that’s what I ordered. Then I asked if I could get fries. Another person said yeah, in ten minutes. I was there at 10:23. With their attitude, I got my frosty. The person behind me asked if they could get lunch. I told them in 10 minutes. They left. They should work on their customer service skills. If they had been nice, I would have waited the time to order lunch. Took my business elsewhere.

I stopped on my way to Las Vegas. It was the best Wendy’s experience I’ve had a in a long time. The Dave’s Single was perfectly made. The French fries were amazing. The restaurant was very clean. The staff were happy and worked well together. I wish the 3 Wendy’s in my hometown were 1/2 as good as this one.

Why would Wendy’s allow you to pre-order lunch at 10:05 when the restaurant says they can’t even make it until 10:30? Corporate needs to get this fixed since the restaurant is on the far edge of town and it’s an inconvenience to drive to pick up your food when it can’t be made.

Went at 5:30, no wait and ate inside. Decor is very nice and the food was very good and nothing was wrong with the order. Service was fast and friendly. Update: Also went through the drive through on a Saturday at noon. They were very fast and friendly and food was excellent.

Simple question, How do we become customers when the Wendy’s store is closed during posted hours of operation? Mr. Wendy’s how would you like if the drivers who work hard to deliver the products you depend on don’t show up? Mr. Wendy’s your store is attached to a 24 hour truck stop. Want a fan of this one. The food was on par for Wendy’s, nothing special, and nothing wrong. The place was dirty, and all the employees were loud , yelling and everything they were days was in Spanish. The employees on the registers were slow. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location.
