I took my 3 boys here and had a great experience. The food was tasty and the fries were fresh, but the thing that really put it over the top for me was the service. The manager (gentlemen with cornrows) was friendly, warm and definitely made me want to choose this again over the other Wendy’s in town. The crew seemed to work well together and handled the orders very efficiently.

We stopped at this location on 12/19/ 2025. We had a long drive so we parked and went inside to order( to stretch the legs our & kiddos could ect . Inside we met Shirley. She was attentive , kind and tried to make us feel welcome at this location, which she did. We wanted to sit and eat, but we had a really long drive ahead of us so we had to hit the road— But her customer service and care was so well — we had to stop by and leave her a good review

One of the better Wendys in the Henderson area. I have no complaints. Much better than the one on Boulder. They always get my order right. The burgers are never dry and the french fries are piping hot! I would hate to see this one go.

It’s so bad. Shame because we live super close but honestly everything is bad. Cold fries and food, dry bread, old cinnamon rolls, even the chili was cold tonight when we tried this location for the third and final time. We we ordered a little bit of everything tonight and each different item was bad. Even tried throwing the fries in the air fryer when we got home but they were cold AND stale. Never again.

Apparently this location is out of lettuce at night and they really don’t know how to inform their customers about it…
So upon ordering my $2.19 Cripsy Chicken Sandwich, In which comes with “bun, mayo, lettuce, chicken” if I’m not mistaken… and I also ordered a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger, in which comes with “Bun, Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Bacon, Beef Pattie & Cheese, I’m sure that’s what comes on it…
But this is what I get…. both Sandwiches missing lettuce with no explanation… the first time around it looked like old food was given, so i went back around to get proper looking food for which i ordered, but when I do get my replacement, they apparently come with no lettuce? Did looked a little better, but why did I not get provided with an explanation as to why there is no lettuce on any of my items at 9:20pm at night?? Waste of my money for not getting what I ordered, even after giving the store another chance to fix.. I guess I have to provide my own lettuce apparently

FF where cold, awful. Dave double so loaded with mayo ketchup could not eat so messy. Thru all out drive thru was friendly but food awful for big price. Take Pride in your work. You should never serve food you wouldn’t eat.

This place is dirty the tables the bathroom it’s pretty bad when you want to wash your hands but decide you would be better off not washing them in such a disgusting bathroom. Let alone let my child sit on that disgusting toilet. 2ndly the girl who took my order was obviously miserable rude and acted like I was non existent. I ordered my food for dine-in but she gave me a to-go bag and said none of the trays are clean. Lol what a joke really? They are busy talking and not working. Soda machine filthy. Fries not even warm let alone hot or fresh . The fries taste like dirty cooking oil. My burger was sad like soggy, cold and old. I would say out of all my food experiences this place is the worst. I would stay far from this one.

Found bottom bun was stale after getting home. Called and the person who answered the phone gave no name just ‘Wendy’s’. I told her the issue and she said ‘our buns aren’t stale.’ So I am lying? Mediocre customer service.
