Terrible. Wish they allowed 0 stars
Ordered in the drive thru. No cars ahead or behind me. When I drove up to pay, the person at the window only greeted me with my total, then began shoving things through the window. As we checked the small package for our entire order, I realized they forgot one of the two burgers I had ordered. I had to walk in to get the burger. It was handed to me and was cold. I’m not trying to make a stink so I just left. We got home to find the 10 piece nuggets were only 8 piece. They shoved 5 sauces in the bag, most of them were punctured. The fries were not full

Came in about 7:20 stood and waited at the counter 15 minutes before someone even spoke to me. About 8 crew members playarond. Finely about 7:38pm my order was taken. No friendly and no receipt given.

A group of us walked into the establishment to place our orders while traveling from Texas to Arizona. Everything was your typical fast food joint. It was busy with people coming and going. Food and service was fast and I was happy they got our orders right. That’s huge for me! My one and only complaint…. Flies!! There were flies everywhere! I don’t know about you but it really grossed me out seeing flies all around where food is. I can’t imagine trying to eat here. We took our orders to go but I noticed people shooing flies away as they were trying to eat. Just gross!!

I walked into the establishment to order dine in and saw all of the employees on their phone. The worker who took my order did not know what she was doing and almost overcharged me for an extra drink. When I did receive my food, it was horrible. The skin of the potato was tough like a construction workers hands, and the chicken tenders and fries were cold.The dining room appeared like it had not been cleaned at all. Then when I walked out, I told the employee thank you and she did not even acknowledge me because she was on her phone. The burger was the only good part of my visit.

By far, the trashiest Wendy’s I have ever been to. I’m not entirely sure what happened to this place but I remember this place used to be a lot better than it is now. I ordered a four by four with LITE mayonnaise on the Bacon cheeseburger and ended up getting a sandwich swimming in mayonnaise. Maybe it’s a management issue Or perhaps they need better training on how to following directions. Do better, Wendy’s!

So i went in not to long ago and the manager is just out right rude to the employee working in the front, for a bit when i’d go in with my family i’d see the bigger set manager always being rude to the cashier for very little reasons. Our food was also messed up the other night when we went and the same manager was very rude and disrespectful when we wanted our burger remade instead of given sides of the things we were missing in a bowl. I do not recommend this store at all.

All the staff are nice they take your order promptly they are knowledgeable about celiac disease the one thing that I would recommend eating the most are there chili or baked potatoes and their frosties I do have a bunless burger from time to time though my favorite is the baconator

Not sure who the heavy set African American woman is in the store Whether a manager or supervisor but SHE IS THE RUDEST PERSON speaks to the employees as if they were children and slow. I felt terrible just being there.

Went by a few days ago to pick up an item that was promoted on website to find out it was only available for breakfast. The girl who attended us did not want to be there and had no business working with the public, gave her the same tone she gave me and walked out. Very disappointed and thats probably the reason I never eat Wendys(I had forgotten why). Bye bye Wendy’s.
