This store has changed so much in the last year. I had some issues with my App Orders and every time I mean it was a huge bummer but not at all their fault. I eat here at least a couple times a month and I am so grateful that they are so helpful and kind to get my order, my rewards and they do an excellent job of preparing my orders as well being kind.
That’s asking a lot from people today but whatever you’re doing to your new employees I am very happy to notice their work performance has stepped it up so much. The managers now are very focused and nice to us and that means a lot so thank you all for what you do it’s awesome!!! Xoxo

27 Dec 2023 – I was back in town and stopped here for breakfast before heading out 26 Dec 2023; while the food was great and order was correct, the guy at the drive-thru speaker and window (whom I’ve dealt with before when I lived in Silver) was not so great. Aside from his unfriendly tone, when my significant other asked for a straw, the guy looked at him blankly and just pointed to the bag he’d given us. The guy has always come off as unfriendly but it was worse this visit. Now that I think about it, I don’t think I’ve ever seen him smile, ever… and the only time he came off as nice was when he commented on a decal on my car once long ago. I don’t think he should be serving customers if that’s how he is normally.

5 Apr – great food and friendly faces keep me coming back! Twice within a week, actually; a new face, Rachel, was amazing… and JJ continues to be the best!

24 Dec – I’ve been back several times in the past few weeks, at different times of day; the only issue I had was they forgot one of our big sandwiches on a larger order, which led to me having to go in after ordering at the drive-thru. Otherwise, all but one of the employees have been so wonderful, our food was fresh and well-made, and our drinks/Frosties were on point. Keep up the awesome work!
P.S.: JJ and Lucky continue to be the best smiling faces here, and it’s always good to see them!

4 Nov – Out of the last several visits since my previous review, they forgot an item in our order, twice – one of which was last night. But the worst parts of last night’s visit, were our two orders of 10-piece nuggets being so old and dry, it was like trying to bite and chew leather… as well as my JBC not being made the way I asked. So disappointing. 🙁 But Lucky at the drive-thru was amazing and that is why I only removed one star.

Last update unless something goes awry… 8 Oct, shoutout to JJ in the drive-thru! They were amazing and despite being absolutely slammed at lunch rush, were also super smiley and friendly. I understand the chaos, so even though we didn’t get straws or napkins, it was another fantastic visit and our food and drinks were perfect! See y’all again soon!

Update 7 Oct – I went again this morning and I just wanted to shoutout Grace at the drive-thru for being so wonderful and attentive, as well as for working so hard! And just like the first time, the breakfast food was top notch! I’m still just as impressed as before. Y’all rock!

Original – I’ve been here a few times in the past month; aside from a slight mishap in which I was given only four nuggets when I’d ordered a six-piece, this location is the absolute best in EVERY way.

They’re always busy, inside and out, and that is a GOOD thing… so don’t complain about that, fellow reviewers. They’re also still hiring, so if they’re not as fast as people expect, maybe consider the fact that they’re understaffed? The current employees are amazing and work hard, which is very much appreciated.

As for the food… until the morning of 4 Oct, I’ve had only the lunch/dinner items, and everything was what it should be. However, my first breakfast experience that day was beyond what I expected! I still can’t believe how good it all was; it should be illegal for fast food breakfast to be this tasty, fresh, and well-made! No one does it this well or has as many delicious options… NO ONE. See the photos for all the yumminess I had!

I’ll definitely be back, and I HIGHLY recommend eating here. I worked at a Wendy’s many years ago, and even my location wasn’t this fantastic. Keep up the awesome work, y’all!

My daughter and I had a great experience. The restaurant is new with a nice modern feel and very clean. It has a very nice patio and we are looking forward to eating out there when it is warmer. We went Dec 26th (after a long morning of painting a living room) for a quick lunch to-go and there were several cars in the drive thru so we went inside. No line, went straight to the counter, the lady was very nice, friendly and helped me decide what to order for my 10 year old (we don’t normally eat at fast food places, but we are visiting from Tuscon and there is not much to choose from here). Food was ready quickly and when arriving back at the in-laws it was exactly what we ordered and what fast food should look and taste like. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would! Stopped and grabbed a quick lunch through the drive-through with my husband last Thursday. We took our food home and were attempting to enjoy it when my husband bit into of raw spicy chicken sandwich, he tore off another piece, thinking it was just that spot and nope it was the whole sandwich. We immediately wrapped it back up and drove back to Wendy’s and went inside where we were met by two managers. We filled out an incident report and we’re assured that we would be contacted within one to three business days by their insurance And they wanted to know if we were going to the ER we didn’t at that point because he was not sick. I would urge you to choose somewhere else to eat or just eat at home the managers do not care about the quality of the product they are pushing out all they care about is bringing in money to make themselves look good conveniently we were not provided with our receipt so contacting corporate to complain. It’s probably going to be a bit of an obstacle. Here are some pictures that I took of the raw sandwich. If you must eat here, I would stick with burgers.

Ordered thru drive thru took forever they suggested after I ordered a Dave double with bacon to get the classic it was cheaper I got what I payed for kinda 11$ this is what I got 2 patties a tomato 1 slice lettuce and 2itty bitty pieces of bacon definitely not worth 11 dollars service and food sucks!

Today is Saturday November 16th is worse than ever here it is 11:30 in the morning and they have no chili next song I’ll here is that they don’t have any hamburgers
This is Friday Sept 30. The service has hit rock bottom. I have been waiting 20 minutes since the took my order. As a. Mystery shopper this is unacceptable this place if I was doing a report would get a zero

The service should have gotten better but it has not as I am writing this I had 4 cars in front of to get to the speaker. One car left because of such a long wait on this visit it was 11 minutes before I got my food

We went to the drive thru and sat for a few minutes. We got no response or acknowledgment. There was one car ahead of us and a handful of customers inside.

We went inside and placed our order on the computer. My daughter got a plain burger with only ketchup. I got a bacon cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich along with some other items.

The staff seemed confused and disorganized. We waited for a pretty long time for “fast food”. I got my order and counted the items. There was the right number of items so we headed home to eat dinner and watch a movie together.

When I got home and unwrapped the food I was incredibly disappointed to find that I had two spicy chicken sandwiches and no plain burger. The only item that was correct was the bacon cheeseburger.

My daughter did not get to eat dinner. The fries were cold and inedible. The only thing we could eat was the cheeseburger since neither of us care for spicy chicken (which was also cold btw). We are staying 3 minutes away from the location and drove directly to our place.

When I tried to file a complaint with Wendy’s I realized I did not have the receipt because it was never put in my bag.

I traveled the entire country last year and Wendy’s is usually my favorite fast food spot. I have eaten at dozens of Wendy’s across the country and never had a bad experience. I would not normally complain about a food experience since I have been in the restaurant industry for most of my life but this place needs a total reset.

They should just shut this place down completely. It’s a stain on the Wendy’s brand. Just an absolute embarrassment. The video of the sign is a perfect metaphor for my experience. Avoid this place.
