Every time I’d gone thru the drive-thru we never napkins or catsup with our meals, are we supposed to wipe our hands on our clothes or what? Who’s managing this restaurant, then when you for napkins they give you a dirty look. Where’s the courtesy of asking if you need any containments or napkins,oh forget the customer …. the food good but I’ll rather be going to BK or the Mac’s to be honest your service Suck’s!!!! too lazy to put napkins in the take out bags. Been to this Wendy’s many time in the past & I’ve NEVER had a problem, they always get my order right. My grandfather and I decided to have lunch here today 7/30/19. Service from Shannon was exceptional she and her team were on point with getting orders taken care of. While waiting in line to get a refill of water I noticed Shannon help her team to the fullest of her potential. I stopped and expressed my gratitude for her and her teams customer service. Great service, clean restaurant, great if your on a budget.

We went to try the new Strawberry Frosty. So we ordered one Strawberry and one Chocolate Frosty. We had heard that the Strawberry Frosty had a bad artificial strawberry after taste. But we felt like the Strawberry Frosty was more refreshing than the Chocolate Frosty. Even better, the person in line two cars ahead of us paid for our order. There was no one behind us in line, so we couldn’t pass it on. But we will have to do that on another occasion!
